Dermluxa Avis

I ordered an item on 10/2. I thought it was strange they didn’t ask for a shipping address, only a billing address. On 10/4 they said it was shipped but gave no tracking number. On 10/11 I still had not received this and emailed for tracking. They said they’d sent an email with tracking but it “must’ve gotten lost”. Tracking indicated the item had been returned to sender on 10/6 due to an incomplete address. I emailed them again on 10/12 to inform them of that issue and once again gave them my address. They emailed back on 10/12 and asked me to confirm the address I’d literally just provided and said they’d send new a new item and new tracking when the item shipped. They didn’t. On 10/14 I emailed again and they sent me a new tracking number. It said the item would arrive 10/17. It didn’t, and when I checked tracking again late that night, once again it said returned to sender due to a bad address. I don’t believe it was ever shipped correctly at all and I think it’s very sketchy that they don’t even ask for a shipping address or provide tracking in the email when they say the item is shipped. I submitted a dispute with my bank. I should’ve known better than to order from this unknown company.

I bought Rodan and Fields Lash Boost. Product did not work. Phone number goes to voicemail with no response. I did start a claim against them for a full refund. No tracking numbers or email. My response came through Link. I would give zero stars if available.
