Great Expreince with the order

My brother stays in california and he loves mothichoor laddus. I wanted to send it to him and checked the ways and found desify. Laddus were so fresh and premium packaged. My brother is happy, Thank you :) I will definetely order again.

All the seals were broken and wraps…

All the seals were broken and wraps removed on mysorepak and kalakhand. Looks like customs inspected the sweets.
Pullareddy boondi laddus decreased in quality compared to last time. Apart from these the delicious sweets flew off. Waiting for
Next order.

Dear Prem, thank you for the reorder trust and for taking the time to share this honestly.

We double-checked with our logistics partner and confirmed the broken seals and removed wraps on the Mysore Pak and Kalakand came from customs inspection during transit which is out of our control on international shipments, but we are glad to notify that we have passed the request to the customs team they'd resealed it cleaner next time.

On the boondi laddu we've passed your quality feedback directly to the partner so their next batch meets the bar you're used to.

Excellent delivery service. Placed my order on Tuesday and I received on Thursday, with all the sweets and snacks fresh and tasty from my fav stores from India to UK.This is the best service I have ever used. Thank you team Desify.
