I wish I’d read these reviews before I was taken for an idiot.
First of all they took more money from me than the total price of the goods.
I contacted them and they refunded the stolen money. I told them not to send the items until I had the refund, but guess what, they sent them from their local warehouse. I’m in the UK, they sent the goods from China. About 5 weeks later the rubbish arrived. I wanted to return it. They will NOT give me an address to return it too. Offering me money but nowhere near the amount the tat cost!
STAY AWAY from these people!

SPENT £25 ON THIS HEAP OF CRAP! EVERYTHING STUCK TO A PIECE OF CARDBOARD , NOT ONE BAUBLE WAS ATTACHED , CHEAP RIBBON , AND THE LIST GOES ON !!. MY SEVEN YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. EMAILED THEM ! GUESS WHAT ? NO REPLY !! HOW DO THESE PEOPLE MANAGE TO PEDDLE THIS RUBBISH ?? SO 😠 ANGRY

I ordered a Xmas tree door reef, they took more money than advertised and when it arrived it looks worse than something one of the kids would make at school.
I actually laughed when I opened it as it was soo bad. Avoid. I’ve reported to bank

It doesnt even deserve 1 star. I ordered a christmas wreath and when it came today, it was cheap tat and falling apart Disgusting scammers

I have been conned just as all these other people on the site. A piece of tat that needs to be put in the bin and absolutely no help or chance of a refund!!
They have offered £5 but this rubbish cost £20, I am fuming but getting nowhere. They should not be allowed to trade and Facebook needs to look into this.

BAD COMPANY AVOID
Spent over £40 on 2 tree wreaths and when they arrived they are rubbish ! All bent flat falling to bits.
I’ve complained sent about 10 emails to be told it’s too expensive to send back so they will give me £5 ! I said no chance . Told them I wanted complaints email and they ignored me.
Wish I had checked reviews first .

It’s tat from China . I bought a lovely looking hanging tree ,When it arrived absolutely awful baubles stuck on upside down , the netting was not put on straight and loose. Awful if in shop and I see that I’d not bought it

Dreadful cheap nasty wreath! Lights not attached. No effort made to even try to attach baubles the right way round. The plaid bow is knotted and bent out of shape and the ribbon different lengths, with seams exposed. Bits of the wreath came apart in my hands!

Do not buy from this company. The door wreath I purchased was not as shown in picture on their site. It was awful!!
I got in contact with the company and they have offered me a £2 refund which is a joke, as it cost me over £25.
They are refusing to give me a returns address. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

If i could give this a zero i would! Absolutely shocking! Very clever photography. I ordered a Christmas tree door decoration let me tell you when it arrived it didn’t look anything like the picture and having read other reviews it doesn’t sound like i would get refund. STAY AWAY! DON’T USE!!!

THE CHRISTMAS DOOR WREATH LOOKED LOVELY ON THE PHOTOGRAPH ADVERTISED, WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING, BENT OUT OF SHAPE, CHEAP AND NASTY AND COST ME OVER £20.00 PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered a gift and they took more money out than what it cost..then they said parcel was in transit for 2 weeks now.. left a review on social media and they blocked me and parcel never arrived.. should of checked here first
DONT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

This is a total scam company. I didn't realise when I ordered it was this company as have lost money in the past with them. I ordered 4 keyrings to give to my family after the recent loss of my sister and guess what they've never shown. Emailed several times and just get update tracking that states in customs in the USA, then they say it has got lost and if want them need to send shopping fee again.......AVOID LIkE THE PLAGUE my bank are looking into the payment for me to try and get it back
