Design Cosmics has demonstrated highly unprofessional and unethical conduct. I formally filed a lawsuit against them today, and they will be served within the next few days.

They disclosed sensitive website information to an unauthorized third party without my knowledge or consent. I own the website and paid for it in full. To make matters worse, they then attempted to charge me in order to regain access to credentials for my own property. Extortion! I ultimately had to work directly with GoDaddy to restore control over the site.

Despite clear ownership, Design Cosmics continued communicating with a third party regarding my website, causing financial harm and unnecessary disruption. Additionally, their conduct toward that third party raises further concerns about their business practices.

Even GoDaddy acknowledged that Design Cosmics’ actions were unethical and potentially unlawful.

They can NOT be trusted!

Shah was very through and professional with the website design. We met several times over zoom and he takes the time to listen to your specifications. His team is great at logo creation and IDX integration. Overall my site was complexed to build but his team made it so easy to navigate and design! Thank you Shah!

After finally signing up and paying for my website, they continually delayed the process, and the video support was ineffective. I struggled to understand them, missed appointments, and ultimately canceled my project on January 6, 2025. Since then, I’ve received no refund or communication, and not a single apology. Today, I want to warn others to steer clear of this company; all the positive reviews seem suspiciously written by employees, especially those clustered around February 12, 2025.
