Design Crunchers Agency Avis 

I would love to leave you a positive review but unfortunately I can't. I found them and talked to them, everything was good at first they told me the amount of 175 for the site and logo I agreed I asked if the amount included everything and they told me yes, I specified that I know nothing about creating a site that's why I turned to them. I agreed with the logo in the end (my. only gave a picture no pdf nothing) after which in addition to that 175 they started asking me if I had hosting they asked me from 180 to 375 per. 3 years not knowing what vb is about I also asked others what it was and I made one myself ... which I paid for and they told me that if I have my hosting they ask me for more money for something else now ... it was already too much .... a friend recommended someone for 130, he made my site 80%, showed me how it turned out when he finished it 100%, he transferred my store and I only paid 130 and 19 $ per month ... nothing more .... I talked to them to keep how much they think they make for my logo, just put in a picture and give me the difference back because I don't want to collaborate with them anymore ..... and he told me that it is not possible to give me any money back .... ok no problem ... now I need my logo in PDF I asked him if he had the money 175 to at least make me the logo in PDF ... he gave me only one answer "sure" and I have been waiting for my logo since Tuesday .... go on Watsapp read the message and I didn't receive ... nothing ... Unfortunately I do not recommend this company ....

I had a problem with opencart tried everything to resolve it but in the end I make contact with this company and Harris responded to me. I explain to him that this could be difficult as I am hard of hearing and could we do a type talk and sure we managed to go through the queries by him typing and me talking back. He was quickly able to log into my back office and no time said it needed expertise to alter the coding to make it work. The service was exceptional and I would recommend this firm to help you out with your queries. I am sure that if the issue was simple and takes a few mins to fix it. Am sure he would. Thanks Harris

Great work, very professional and the person I dealt with was very good at communicating and understanding your message. However, I was expecting more than what I got simply due to the cost. The work was amazing but I wanted them to make my decision hard for which two astonishing graphics I can pick from.

Great experience, was very stressed about my website but thankfully the team pulled through with great skills and managed to fix all the problems on my site. Couldn’t be happier, thanks for ur patience guys !

Design crunchers.Well I don’t know what to say apart from Wow.I dealt with Harris and from the start of the project to the finish was a trouble free and also stress free experience.I got in touch with Design Crunchers spoke to Harris on a Sunday and 24 hours later I have a logo design along with business card design.And believe me I couldn’t get a better service even if I tried.As for the price.For what you get that also won’t be beaten.Fantastic pro service.I will be using them again
