Great products with amazing service. Gives everything a luxury house would give without the price. I have purchased from Designer Daydream multiple times for myself and others as gifts.

Always professional!
I’ve been shopping with Designer Daydream since around 2017, when I bought my first pair of Christian Dior visors. Gabrielle has always been consistent , professional, charismatic, and understanding. She goes above and beyond to find exactly what her clients are looking for, no matter how hard it is to get. Whenever I need new sunglasses, her website is the first place I check, and if I have a specific pair in mind, I know I can reach out to her directly and she’ll respond quickly. The service is always top-notch, and that’s why I keep coming back.

I was looking online to replace my Prada sunglasses
I was looking online to replace an existing pair of Prada sunglasses that I loved. I found these on Designer Daydream at a lower price than elsewhere, and after reading online reviews, proceeded with ordering them. Everything was smooth & easy from there, as I received updates on the order, as well as delivery tracking updates. My new sunglasses arrived as scheduled, were packaged well, and were exactly what I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase and my customer experience, and will definitely order from Designer Daydream in the future.

My glasses were bent and the package…
My glasses were bent and the package was just a mess. I was really expecting more from this company I never complain just very unsatisfying, going to have to put a lot of money and make this. Project to get the agreed upon result which is so unfortunate.

Hi Ross,
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed, though we were surprised by your review since we never received any direct communication from you before this. Our team is always available by email or through our website, and we respond quickly to resolve any issues. We had already provided you with a free return label so we could look into what happened in transit and make things right.
After several attempts to get in touch, you eventually returned an item to us. Unfortunately, what we received was not the pair from your order, but a completely different pair of glasses — missing both temples (arms) and sent back in a soiled, damaged case that did not match the one we shipped. This made it impossible for us to process your return as this is not the correct pair we had sent to you. We are promptly sending this back to you.
We always stand behind the authenticity and quality of our products and work hard to resolve issues fairly, but in this case we were not provided with the correct item. As a small business, reviews like this are especially impactful, and it’s disappointing when the situation is misrepresented despite our efforts to help.
We remain happy to assist if you’d like to resolve this properly — just reach out to us directly at support@designerdaydream.com
