Designer Daydream Avis

I found this company from a Prada Facebook group. I placed my order June 28 and received my sunglasses July 1. Nice packaging and everything came as if I ordered directly from the website. I absolutely love my sunglasses. Great pricing on authentic designer! I will be ordering more in the future.

Customer service means a lot to me, there’s was an issue with the delivery company but fortunately the team reach out to me and helped me with it, very satisfied with the communication part! For sure will keep shopping from them.

One of the products I ordered was automatically cancelled and refunded. No explanation why. The other products has been showing as waiting to be received by the parcel service for a week now. I emailed daydream to request status and no response. I've asked daydream to cancel order and still no response.

I was a little nervous about buying eye glasses on line. The service was great. I will buy from DD again.

I paid for priority shipping and because of a federal holiday my order didn’t arrive on the promised date. I sent an email and they refunded my shipping cost, which I really appreciate. I took a star off because the box that my case was in is ripped. Other than that I love my glasses and the process to purchase was fast and easy.

I have bought at least 4 pairs of sunglasses from DD and it’s always perfect.

I was skeptical at 1st, but saw the positive reviews from trustpilot and gave it a shot. I'm very happy with my purchase! Thank you! Will definitely shop from designer daydream again.

Amazing, shipped super quick! Glasses were perfect 20/10!! Definitely will order again. Amazing price, and authentic! Even the case was beautiful! Green suede Gucci case.

Was hesitant to order from here because the prices were better than anywhere else but wow!!! I am so impressed! My order was shipped out right away and the sunglasses I ordered are in immaculate condition!
Will continue to order from designerdaydreams!

I was a little hesitant to purchase but so glad I did. I lost my Christian Dior shades about 2 years ago. I found the same pair on Designer Daydream for about 1/2 the price I originally paid. They are perfect! I will be purchasing more soon.

Honestly was worried it would be a scam but the glasses came in a few days and looking exactly like they did online

Took a long time to ship out order. Still haven’t received my glasses. Turnaround time is not ideal. Ordered for Mother’s Day and expected delivery date keeps changing.

Loving my shades they are so cute

Great customer service and fast shipment

So informative! Best price
Love my new shades

Everything went so smooth, price is awesome and shipping so fast!

I love my SS24 Transparent Green Pradas. I cant wait for warmer weather to come, to really enjoy my sunglasses. The website and customer service is friendly and easy to use. Also i was able to use the discount code on top of my purchase. Thats a win/win. 😊

I had a great experience with Designer Daydream 😊 using their website was easy and simple and my glasses were delivered before the promised date! 👏👏

Absolutely in love with my 1st purchase (Prada sunglasses). I personally requested then and she found them same day!! That's what I call superb customer service!!
