The item does not fit my coat. And it is 100 not real canada goose fur because the stiching is all over the place

The fur is guaranteed authentic Canada Goose fur, we would advise all customers who are sceptical of the authenticity to get our products authenticated on any platform of your choice to reassure you that we only sell legit products.
Despite this we understand your concerns and have issued a refund as we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
We have added to the website which jackets the fur trims will/won't fit.

AWFUL SERVICE
So I ordered a moncler maya for my little brother. This jacket was black on the pictures and was not stated in the description what colour it actually was. I paid for next day delivery and didn't receive the item till 9 days after. Once the jacket arrived it was brown! I thought they had made a mistake but then proceeded to tell me it was brown on the picture, unbelievable. Then told
me I could only exchange for another jacket which the was none in the right size. I then was just being ignored through email. Worse customer service I have ever received, SERIOUSLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
