Robert and Alex have been very easy to communicate with. They have bent over backwards in order to help us get our website completed. When using this company ask for Robert or Alex and they will be honest and upfront with you and goals you have in mind.

If I could give 0 stars , I would. From the beginning this company had lack of communication. I paid for the deluxe package and they never designed anything for me. They made very basic designs and I had to come up with a design on my own. I then ordered 700 business cards and they sent me the cards with a misspelled word. Now I have reached back out several times and they block my number or leave the chat. Very unprofessional! Not happy about it. If you can take the time to find someone else then you 100% should not get into business with this company. Careless!

By far the BEST work and the BEST communication from a company that I have EVER been involved with!!!!!! They are nice, fair, cool, calm, and EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!! They also have AMAZING ideas!!!!!!

I came to Design Majesty a little afraid of hiring a company to design my business logo. I didn't know who to use, or trust anyone to do it correctly..

I talked w Alan & he made it very clear they would work w me & continue to work w me until I was 100% satisfied. I know what I want, & I won't be happy until it's perfect.

Design majesty is an awful company that just makes up excuses and waste your time. Any good reviews have to be made up by their own people. I spoke with Simon, Allen and Victor all completely useless paid them upfront in November . Got excuses like I’m on a cigarette break, I’m in meeting I will call you back that never happens sometimes two days you don’t hear back from them project never came was promised every week next week week after week just a bunch of clowns don’t get suckered.
I was willing to buy everything from them. They did websites stickers, tags, business cards, but nothing happened. Just took my money.

I contacted Design Majesty to create a logo. I spoke with a salesperson named Alan. He discussed aspects of his company's services with me, including the 100% money-back guarantee if I were unsatisfied. I opted for a more comprehensive package that included web design and the logo.

I filled out a logo form to give the designer, Soloman Dean, an idea of what I wanted. Within hours, I had several design options, which led me to believe they were created with AI tools and not with any human input.

Soloman was speedy to contact me about logo revisions (though he was a half-hour late on a scheduled phone call). I gave him input on what I wanted, and right after this, Soloman quickly pitched me another package - costing over $1000 -about the web design. I believe he only followed up as soon as he did for this sales pitch.

This was unacceptable to me. Soloman was supposedly the designated logo artist. Why was he now trying to sell me web packages, especially since I was also assigned a supposed web specialist in Robert Jones?

I emailed Robert, telling him I wanted a full refund, and explained the situation thoroughly and professionally. I even told him that, provided they handled the refund promptly, I would not leave any negative reviews and might even be open to using them later.

According to their policy, I was well within the time frame for a full refund.

Robert wanted to schedule a phone call, but I opted to continue communication through email, and I'm glad I did because all the communication between us is in black and white and dated. I told him again that I wanted a refund.

He told me Soloman would contact me to discuss the refund procedure, which still has not occurred. He also told me that he alerted "higher management" about my case and told me to "be patient."

Finally, in the most insulting correspondence, he told me "my money is safe with Design Majesty," and to once again "be patient."

I was left with no other option than to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge, which is still ongoing. Thankfully, they have temporarily credited my account with the money I spent at Design Majesty.

I am still waiting to hear a word from Robert, Soloman, Alan, or anyone else who might be at DM. Had they done the right thing, you wouldn't be reading this right now, but their shady business practices and complete lack of support leave me little choice than to alert others who may be considering using their "services."

I can not recommend Design Majesty in any capacity. If you decide to work with them, please ensure ALL communications are done via email so you have evidence on your end should something go wrong. Also, read their refund policy and know all the timetables involved.

Here are all the names of people involved. Solomon, Robert, Alan. I paid them to create a logo and also a web design. The logo process took over a month and finally they just replicated a protected logo online. At this point I just wanted a refund and of course just like all the other communications they are not responding.

After I bought the package, it didn’t take long for Solomon to reach out to me regarding my concept. He was very thorough in completing what I wanted done, and revisions were quick. He was also very polite!
