Designmajesty Avis

I stumbled across this website when looking for a way to create a logo for my club. The website was easy to navigate and the CHAT FEATURE ACTUALLY WORKS. I would recommend using it to get information with no pressure to do anything if all you are there is for information (like I was). Solomon Dean was awesome throughout the whole process. Very patient and willing to answer any questions I had. Through email or chat. I will be back for more products. As you know branding is huge in this day in age. Designmajesty, makes it easy and their prices are not bad either.

I'm very happy with my logo as well as the website and the ease of working with this team!

Robert and Alex were amazing to work with. They took my simple napkin vision and create a beautifully amazing logo and website. Their patience and willingness to accommodate me was nothing less than stellar. Highly recommend this company and these gentleman to anyone looking to make a statement.

Nick Adams and Roberts Jones were great to work with! They employed a structured process for designing my new company website, and delivered a fantastic product! Very happy with my choice to use design majesty, and would hire them again.

My consultant Solomon, was exceptional throughout the project for my company logo. Solomon was great at getting back with me anytime I reached out by email, phone call, or text! Designmajesty is a great company to work with.

Fantastic logo designers - Solomon is awesome!

They did a great job of making sure to help make my imagination a a reality. The interactions and turn out was really sharp and clean.

Nick Adams & Robert Jones were super helpful in my process of designing and creating a website! I had not much idea of anywhere to really begin, but they were right there to help me with all of my needs in pursuit of helping grow my business!

Solomon was excellent on his customer service and outstanding job on the logo design. I am very happy with the outcome.

I am very happy with the service I received from Design Majesty for my project. Solomon communicated clearly and efficiently throughout the project. I will definitely use them again!

I contracted with Design Majesty to create our company logo, business cards, etc. They assured me that they have a guarantee that can be used if we're unhappy with any of their work. They even talked me into upgrading my services for an additional fee. Weeks later, we have part of a logo, but they have demonstrated that they cannot comprehend English well, as we've been unable to get simple color and design changes made. They are now stating that the guarantee no longer applies.

I should have known from the start to not trust this company. Solomon was exceptionally pushy about trying to get me to buy their website design services. When he made multiple strong pushes for their services to both my email and texting, I told him to not ask me about it again. Looking back, this was enough of a red flag that I should have just used a different company for everything.

Robert and James came up with a great design that was exactly what I was looking for. They were patient did a great job making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend them!

Working with Design Majesty was an awesome experience, they created the perfect logo for my business and I look forward to working with them again on my next project.

Solomon was very attentative, always answered his phone, and quick to bring a solution to my needs.

Solomon and Alan were absolutely fantastic and helped me all the way through this process!

They made 2 logos for me and they both turned out well.

I got an email instantly with the prompt to pay for my agreement which was $600 for a logo and additional services. After an extremely frustrating "back and forth" about the logo which repeatedly had mistakes in it I asked if I could just pay the initial $189 for the logo and skip the other services. Solomon refused to give me back the difference. He then gave me a final logo that had a prior issue on it that had been resolved. I overlooked it and he refused to correct it without charging me another $210 despite his advertisement of "100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back." I felt this was extremely inappropriate when he had kept my $600 and had repeatedly made mistakes causing the overall turnaround time to exceed 6 weeks for an end product that I could have made myself on a free logo maker.

I recently formed a non-profit to assist combat veterans. Design Majesty first designed my logo which came out exactly how I wanted it and in a timely manner.
I then made the decision to have my website created and was assigned Robert and James as my project coordinators. They were able to capture my vision of my website and transform it into an excellent e-commerce website. I worked with Robert and James quite awhile on the designing of my website and they were very patient and understanding of my requirements. They both promptly returned my telephone calls, responded to my emails, and communicated with me throughout the process. I was probably not an easy customer for them, but they gave me the best customer service I could ever imagine! I highly recommend Design Majesty for your logo and website needs. I felt no stress or concerns throughout the process. Thank you so much Robert and James, you gentleman rocked it!
