I've been using Desku for a little while now and I'm really happy with it. The app is really user-friendly and makes it easy to keep track of all my customer conversations. I also love the way Desku makes it easy to add notes to each customer's profile. This has been a good help when trying to remember details about each customer's preferences.
desku has been updating and deliver good updates to the products. It has friendly interface which is easy to navigate as a new user.
From the first instance of using Desku, I have been super impressed with the ease of use and feature set. The team is very responsive to feedback; if any tech issues arise, they are extremely quick to deal with them. The pace of development has begun to increase so I am looking forward to more exciting future developments. Bottom line - Highly recommended.
I have nothing but good things to say about this chat help center solution. I have chosen this app over many options and even over the free options. They have a very active team and strong leadership. The power of chatbots and chat services is nothing to discount in the world of online business and e-commerce. I would highly recommend this team! I have had their chat live on my site and only had a couple of formatting issues that they were able to fix right up when I contacted them. They are definitely the group you want to work with.

Awesome Alterative to Freshdesk, Lots of potential. I like the UI that its super easy to navigate. Awesome live chat functions, hope there they could integrate with more social platforms like Instagram.. The development could abit faster but overall happy with this product

The product is relatively new, but the developers appear to be releasing new features quickly and are open to user feedback.
The onboarding was pretty straightforward and so far our team prefers using Desku vs our previous option.

As a early Desku adopter, I have seen new features being added to the platform on a regular basis since the begining. I am using it in 3 of my businesses and I am super satisfied with it. Documentation is not always covering all there is to know but the UI is pretty intuitive and getting support is quite fast. The only thing that would be great to be added to the Desku ecosystem to make it the ultimate Customer Support SaaS offering would be an AI for Deskubot, but I'm pretty sure it is somewhere in their features roadmap.
I'm thankful to have found Desku when I did. I've been managing my customer support via email and using Trello as a knowledge base. It worked but it's definitely not what I wanted long-term. I transitioned to HelpScout and that was great until my credit card expired while I was in the hospital with covid. I've yet to regain access to all of the data inside of that account so I'm basically starting from what I had in Trello. I love the customization options and although it doesn't natively support it, I'm using it for customer support for my ClickFunnels support. The chat bot works just fine. I can't say that I've encountered any problems that I didn't create and even then the support team were quick to reply to me and solve my problem. It was easy to install, really no heavy lifting and the interface is easy to navigate for me. It pretty much has every feature that I need at the moment in a help desk. I bought a LTD for this on appsumo and I really hope that they come back. I would love the max out on this!
Fast and easy bot builder.
Recipes are simple and easy to create. There isn't a lot of complicated functionality. Simple bot that gets the job done. Excited that this will integrate directly with Desku helpdesk to create tickets for service work.

Replaced Freshdesk with Desku. Good email deliverability, nice UI (a bit similar to Freshdesk), great features including shared inbox for multiple sites/brands, live chat, chatbot, social inbox, and knowledge base. Compared to other newcomers in Helpdesk software space like ThriveDesk and LabiDesk, Desku is clearly the winner by miles.

I feel like I have tried every customer support saas out there and some have all the features under the sun but only gets more complicated as a result. I feel Desku has a good balance, keeps it simple and just works effectively

Desku.io has a user-friendly interface and makes it easy for businesses to provide support via live chat, tickets, and a knowledge base for their customers. The Desku Helpdesk app is available on both iPhone and Android platforms, and it works well with WooCommerce and Shopify. Being able to manage multiple inboxes and brands is a huge plus. This is a powerful tool that is priced fairly and provides great value.

I am glad I bought this helpdesk software on Appsumo. It has an overall great functionality and the team behind it continues to deliver updates and more features. Because of the current integrations, it will work best with Shopify and Woocommerce stores.

Desku is simple and easy to use. The design is good looking and makes it a joy to work in.
I have only been testing the new chatbot for a short period, but so far I'm really impressed the the UX behind this. A lot of great templates with useful flows.
