Nothing special about the quality of the work they produced. The site is offline and all my efforts to get the matter resolved have been not answered by the management in a timely fashion. Ryan has been telling me that they are working on it and it should be resolved soon but as a previous client, I have been given no importance. This is a horrible company, will never recommend or so business with them again.

Furthermore, the dedicated server hosting service was fully provisioned for your exclusive use, with consistent support and uptime as per the agreement.
Despite multiple attempts to address any concerns and reach an amicable resolution, you were unresponsive and subsequently disputed the payment after receiving and utilizing the services. Our refund policy, clearly outlined and agreed upon prior to purchase, specifies that dedicated server hosting is non-refundable due to the resources involved.

I paid 50% for a website in August for a completion date of Sept 20th 2024. Today is November 13th and i am still struggling to get my website up. I have been working with Ryan. I lost my 50% but am looking forward to getting my site up with in 7 days from another company. Very poor service.

Unrealistic Deadline: When you resumed communication, you requested that the website be completed within 5 days—a timeline that was not feasible given the scope of work and the original agreed-upon delivery schedule. We made every effort to accommodate your request, but such a timeline was simply impractical without compromising the quality of the final product.
Payment and Progress: The deposit you made was used to initiate and progress the project. We have records of the work completed and the services rendered during the project timeline. The notion that you "lost" your deposit is incorrect, as significant progress had already been made before the delay.
At Desverso, we take pride in delivering quality work and value open communication with our clients. We are always willing to work collaboratively to resolve any challenges, but unrealistic expectations and a lack of consistent communication can hinder the process.
