Die Produkte von Mars werden immer schlechter billiger was die Qualität betrifft und die Riegel kleiner der Geschmack ist Industriezucker ich werde von diesem Hersteller nichts mehr kaufen empfinde diesen Laden als nicht seriös der Kunde ist egal deren Geld immer zu wenig 👎🏻

(Inzwischen) Ein teurer Billo-Riegel

Ich habe mir vor kurzem mal wieder ein Pack Mars-Riegel gekauft und war einfach nur entsetzt. Die Rezeptur wurde definitiv an mehreren Stellen DEUTLICH herabgesetzt. Das Karamell ist nun ein ekelhaft fester Klumpen im Mund und schmeckt absolut billig. Auch die Schokolade ist davon nicht unberührt und schmeckt nun wie aus einem 0,99€ Adventskalender.
Alles in allem ist das nun ein widerlicher Riegel, den ich so nicht einmal für Billigpreise kaufen würde, wenn man bedenkt dass die Dinger so viel kosten als wäre da Blattgold drauf. Damit hat Mars wohl sein eigenes Grab geschaufelt, denn der Riegel war so ekelerregend dass ich ihn ausgespuckt habe.
Als ehemaliger, riesiger Mars-Fan tut mir das zwar weh aber mein Geld schmeiße ich nicht für minderwertige Ware aus dem Fenster.

Extortionate Courier Charges, hiding behind the Brexit Blame

I know the bog standard answer from the company‘we tell you on the website about the Brexit Charges’
Well i think you should give people an indication of the charges. I honestly thought the delivery charge had been taken this into account.
the charge was another 25% on top of what i paid. i had already spent more than my budget £150. if i had known the courier charge would be £50, i would not have ordered the sweets. I was tempted not to accept the parcel, but they have you be the short and curlies. Perhaps if i had read the reviews on the quality, i would have written off the £150+.

Why would i expect the product to come from the Netherlands. Mars are in Slough!! Who would have known they put this part of the company in Europe.
What makes it worse is i thought it was a scam. i didn’t open the UPS Emails as it looked like a scam. The guy from Mars, could have easily been in a scam telephone centre, his accent and aggression, also pointed towards a scam.
If this for orders over £135, why don’t they suggest customers make two orders, or more if needed.
Customer Service is what it says on the tin - looking after the customer, putting yourself in their shoes! How would Mars Leadership feel, if they were presented with this extra charge?
i would recommend when you calculate the charges, you have an extra line saying plus courier charges of £50+ ( to be confirmed) before delivery. Customers should have full visibility. i feel you have contravened the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. “This Act addresses unfair terms and conditions, including unexpected charges for delivery. if a courier charge was not CLEARLY disclosed at the time of purchase or is deemed unreasonable, you may have grounds to dispute it or even reject the purchase “

i will leave you to ponder on your conscious and if you only do one thing, CLEARLY disclose the courier charges

Verwirrende Angaben auf Bens Original 10 Minuten oder 20 Minuten

Man redet ja immer viel um verkleinerte Packungen der Hersteller bei gleichem Preis.
Hier mal ein anderer Fall:
Bisher haben wir immer Bens Kochbeutelreis gekauft. Als ich nun aus dem privaten Lager eine weitere Verkaufspackung öffnete, fiel mir doch auf, dass bei sonst identischer Packung (Beschriftung, Design, Größe) an der Stelle wo immer die Kochzeit von 10 Minuten gedruckt war, in gleicher Schriftgröße und Farbe 20 Minuten geworden sind. Doppelt Kochzeit für identisches Produkt ? Lies mir keine Ruhe und ich habe bei Mars-Food nachgefragt. Und dort wird man schlichtweg veralbert: Angeblich sei das eine andere Sorte Reis. Und warum schreibt man auf beiden Verpackungen die gleiche Reissorte "Riz Long Grain" hin ? Oder denkt man, der Kunde liest das eh nicht ? Und wenn das alles gleich ist, dann wundert sich der Kunde, dass bei den Nährwerten andere Angaben gemacht werden. Anscheinend denken sich die Hersteller auch das aus. Original-Aussage von Mars "Der Langkorn-Reis mit 10-minütiger Kochzeit ist eine andere Langkorn-Reis-Sorte als der mit 20-minütiger Kochzeitdauer." Hmm. Und warum haben die auf der Schachtel den gleichen Namen ? Sonst sind die doch immer so genau.
Die Aussagen, die man von Mars-Food bekommt lassen mich denken, wieder einmal veralbert zu werden. Ich warte nur darauf, dass zeitnah die Kartongröße identisch ist, aber der Inhalt weniger.
Wer es prüfen möchte, kann mittels EAN-Nummern vergleichen: a) 10 Minuten-Reis 5410673004444 (MHD 09/2024), b) 20 Minuten-Reis 5410673004307 (MHD 12/2025).
Oder hat jemand eine Erklärung, die auch schlüssig und wirklich nachvollziehbar ist ?

Don’t advertise competitions that are closed

I assume this trustpilot is for Mars wrigley incorporated chocolate. I have bought 10 choc malteser bunnies. They advertise everywhere that there is a competition on the bars that are still for sale. The competition is now closed. GET YOUR PARTNER SUPERMARKETS TO TAKE DOWN THE PROMOTIONAL LITERATURE WHEN THE COMPETITION ENDS.

Absolutely appalled after seeing a on line review of the company by DJ .
The language from there staff to DJ outside there premises was most certainly a breach of the peace .
Besides the threat of violence to the Auditer DJ .

Truly brings there company down and if they had been my staff from my company they would certainly be under a official warning for acting like that on leaving there work day at my company .

shocking service

I made a complaint and was asked to send a whole raft of things....

I didn’t keep the foil with that mess in it just in case you need the barcode…again the receipt would not have kept. It is perfectly clear to see that it is one of your foil trays.

I have two cats aged 22 years, who have been fed Sheba (in the main) for all their lives, I have never need to make a complaint…

I had once made a similar complaint to Encore and their response was very different to you.

I can assure you that me and Sheba have parted company on the back of this email… what a disappointing attempt at customer service.

Lack of customer service

Contacted their customer service to check if one of their treats had been made differently as it was now being rejected,the response of their representative was unbelievable they literally couldn’t care less, they said no without even asking for the batch number to check just incase of anything, everything came across as to much trouble won’t be buying their products again.

Zero customer services for Pet Foods

Zero customer services for Pet Foods. Issue with a bag of food and they asked me to email. I emailed 4x and called them 5 times, spoke to two agents they have, that work from home and really don't care at all. I've sent the photo's they asked for right from the start and followed up with phone calls each time as they never called me back. Now they 'don't know what to do' and I've to wait for the technical team to investigate and they "...can take a while to respond..." I was offered after 2 weeks and all the above some vouchers, but I explained there are no shops that sell this product. That was news to them. I said could they give me credit for Ocado or Amazon to purchase another bag...didn't know, would need to ask their manager...it goes on...this is expensive food!

Degrading experience at Mars interview

I was fortunate enough to be invited for a interview for the position of operator at the mars Wrigley's factory in Estover Plymouth. As the job was very important to me i arrived at the factory dressed to impress. Suit, shirt and tie. Only to be given a task to complete which involved me having to crawl around the floor on my hands and knees in my nice suit. I left the room deflated and embarrassed and no longer in a confident frame of mind for the actual interview. The interview itself was ridiculous. Question's like who do you look up to. Name a time you have helped someone succeed. Nothing about my work history or experience. I can honestly say as a man of 47 years with plenty of work and life experience that i will never again put myself through such a degrading and disgusting interview process.
If the mars company think it is acceptable to have potential employees crawl around on the floor whilst dressed up smart in job interview attire then mars is not worth my hard work, time or experience. I left the building with my confidence shattered. The whole process was a nightmare.
I hope the Mars company reads this review and makes serious changes to the way they treat people as the experience has massively affected my mental health and i don't want anybody else to go through such a degrading experience.

Animal testing scum!

Aside from the human confectionary snacks that they might be known for, 49.5% of Mars' business is pet food. They own some of the well known pet food brands such as Iams and Sheba. However, they continue to fund animal testing! Don't trust these hypocrites with the health of your pet! Don't trust them with your own health, either.

ho acquistato un regolatore di carica ibrido quindi sia eolico che fotovoltaico wifi purtroppo nella descrizione diceva che era possibile vedere il tutto in remoto ma in realtà funzionava solo da vicino non è stato possibile farlo funzionare in remoto ho contattato il venditore mi referiva di inviargli foto video ma dopo diversi tentativi mi veniva riferito che si vedeva in rete invece io dal programma del telefono riuscivo solo a vedere il dispositivo da vicino e non da remoto quindi il programma che mi era stato inviato non permetteva di inserire dei parametri di configurazione ho chiamato anche un tecnico ho pagato ma nulla da fare in remoto non era assolutamente possibile vederlo poi ho continuato ad inviare dei messaggi è delle foto per dimostrare che non funzionava ma non ho avuto risposta quindi il mio consiglio se dovete acquistare questi prodotti prendete il minimo indispensabile perché come tecnologia è inesistente
