Came to house. Easy to make appointment (and time adhered to). Pleasant and competent person. Fair price. Did the work more quickly than expected.

Great to have someone repair our iPhone on our drive, just feels more secure here than sending it away. Only without messaging for an hour, what are we coming to.
Anyway the phone back to new condition and very pleased, Brandon a great guy and made sure we were happy.

They replaced my Apple MacBook Pro battery successfully but there was an issue with the trackpad. They replaced the trackpad with another unit and all is well again. I found the service was made so much easier due to the fact they came to me to do the repair, so I didn't have to leave my disabled wife at home. The price charged was very competitive and I'm a very happy Macbook owner again. Thanks Brandon and the team.

Device Doctors were recommended to me when my computer stopped working. They were polite, efficient in dealing with the problem and fairly priced. I liked the fact that they took the time to explain each stage of the process and explained what had happened to my computer and how they fixed it. I would definitely recommend them.

Really fantastic service and highly recommended. Graham was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful over the phone to ensure my son got the correct ram type for his pc. Engineer arrived on time and now pc is working perfectly. Highly recommend.

I contacted Device Doctors to get my MacBook Pro battery replaced. Even though it was an older model, they had the battery in stock and came and collected my MacBook from my house and delivered it back. They even kindly went above and beyond when an unexpected issue cropped up when replacing the battery. Great customer service, professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

My call to the office was handled promptly by a very helpful person, Dan. They are a knowledgeable team from my local area. Brandon came out and instantly assessed the problem with my printer and gave some good honest advice.

I locked myself out of my iPad, I couldn’t unlock it because the volume control wasn’t working, I took it to Divice Doctor who solved the issue quickly, very happy with the service.

Answered quickly my request - sent a knowledgeable & very pleasant engineer to my home - sorted the problem - as they come to one its a huge help avoiding finding the location & parking etc - extremely pleased as its removed a large stress off my shoulders
