Super customer service and tons of exclusives and great releases. I love DDD!

Great experience, good price, record arrived in mint condition and very well packaged.

I've been shopping here a while now (just had a 2 vinyl preorder delivered), my bank hates it but my record collection looks amazing! I have about 8 preorders with them currently, I never thought I'd find one place that has so much of my favourite music, and on top of that they have constant exclusives that have to be snapped up immediately. There are so many U.S imports I missed out on before finding DDD and now I have filled multiple gaps in my collection, plus discovered a bunch of new bands also!
The prices are amazing, packing and postage are always excellent, and the website is easy to navigate and shop. I selfishly want to gatekeep for fear of missing out on exclusives, but it's too good a shopping experience not too shout about. If the music suits you, you're gonna love shopping here!

Bought from them several times both in-person at festivals and through their website. Customer service is always top notch and they'll go out of their way to accommodate any requests or rectify any issues. Amazing to have a distro like this in the UK stocking basically every cool label at reasonable prices.

Best UK distro. Joe is the best in the game. Never had a distro take suggestions of what to stock and then go out of their way to order in obscure titles or bands. Records always arrive safe and sound, occasionally with a freebie. One time I received an incorrect order and they went above and beyond to rectify it. Couldn’t recommend Joe / Devil Dog Distro enough.

I've been buying from DDD for over two years and have had nothing but brilliant experiences every time. Whenever there has been the rarest of issues Joe has been fantastic at sorting.

The negative review is not a reflection of DDD at all, written by a reviewer that does not understand that DDD are an independent distro and not Amazon or HMV and that hand packing and sending orders takes time. Cannot recommend DDD enough.
