Devo Grocery Delivery Avis 102

The product was delivered on time. He was very friendly on arrival.

I received different products than I ordered ....

The product range is a bit limited and the eggs turned out to be different but OK.

The delivery was swift and the driver was friendly.
This Grocer is one i used before.

Rider didn't follow address instructions and went to the wrong address and not the one provided, then left and claimed that delivery wasn't completed because nobody showed up. Been chatting and emailing with their customer service for 3 days stating I was at the address all morning and no rider attempted contact but they wouldn't understand the issue at base which was the delivery was sent to a wrong address and still charged us a fee for returning the product. Apparently they've been trying to phone me at the time, however with the address being a shop they could have easily walked in and delivered the product but that's already so complicated. When mentioning the issue with the address customer service just said "we could see on the map that the rider was at the location" however a map can only be so precise as the driver could have been next door (so, wrong address) but still showing to be at the correct spot. All in all stay well clear of this company as their riders can't even follow basic delivery instructions (it's their job!) and customer service won't listen to you or even consider the chance that they've made a mistake resulting in a waste of time and money.

They send all the wrong things they replaced it with different items and not everything was there then I was told I would get Refunded back it’s been 4 days and still nothing and I spent £35 well pissed

Devo is an amazing company and has helped our business thrive by delivering last minute requests, such as 50 oranges and limes, 20 milks etc with short notice. Despite the short notice we always receive our delivery in 30 mins or less. Nothing is too much for Devo, fast friendly service - thank you for making my job easier :-)

Super quickly ordered what I needed, the store was closed so Devo let me schedule delivery to my preferred time the next morning. Driver showed up right on the requested time and was super nice.

Received my 8th order today, they stick to their delivery times and that is a key factor for me. 15-30 minutes usually which in my opinion is good. The items are delivered with care and the communication is great. If i need to say anything about my order i am able to call them and get connected within seconds. I am happy overall and recommend their services.

Very good service and quick I’m very happy as it’s my local corner shop too :) no need to go there much as I can do it online with Devo :) defo recommend it .

Every single time I order from
This app, I get a call from the shop to inform me of missing items and suggest replacements. This is every single time!
The last time I had a delivery man who behaved in a strange manner and did not leave the floor of my apartment for 8 mins after dropping the items by the door. Very worrying.
