Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish! I had an email almost immediately after placing my order from Nicci (who was so lovely!) to confirm gift wrapping options and the gift message.
The newborn gift box was received when promised and was beautifully wrapped. The recipients absolutely loved the contents.
I would definitely order again!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - unfortunately the parcel was delivered to a « safe place » but we didn’t realise and thought it was lost. Nicci was so very helpful and the parcel was exactly where the courier had hidden it. Nicci was on the button with finding out what happened and I’m so grateful. Really lovely quality products, I wholeheartedly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant experience ordering online from this fabulous shop! The shop itself is one of our favourites, a perfect place for gifts for children whilst having an eco friendly approach (always a win!). Not only did she solve the problem; she packaged the goods most beautifully and sent me a photograph. She then posted the goods first class at no extra charge. I was so grateful and the recipients were delighted with the gift.
