I would prefer to not give any stars. I bought 3 of these and I may as well have just sent them a check and not got the product. It was 100% useless.

It took about 8 days to receive the collars. They were very easy to put on my pets. They did not have any weird reactions to the odor. As far as we can tell they are working well and were so glad that now they can avoid the harmful chemicals found in typical flea and tick collars. We are very happy our purchase for our 3 happy dogs. Thank you!!

These collars have worked great this year at keeping the fleas and ticks at bay (which is no small task with the extreme heat and humidity we've been had this spring andcsummer). There was 1 tick that manages to get on one my dogs, and it was 4-5 months in on their first collar. I went ahead and refreshed it with a new collar after and haven't found any more since. I couldn't be happier with these since they work and don't cause the neurological and behavioral issues that other collars and topical drops were.

I have always loved your collars. I love how he fact that they are natural and have such a beautiful smell and they are so effective against ticks. I am a victim of Alpha Gal and I know how it makes people suffer. I would not want my dog to suffer as I do. Keep up with the good work to keep our children safe. Maybe your website could be simplified somewhat. I mean you open it and offers are screaming at you. Its rather confusing. Thank you, Marsha Balbuena

It did work for about 2 months and now I’m seeing fleas again on my dogs.

This was such a positive experience with customer service. I ordered a flea and tick collar but Fed Ex delivered to wrong address. Customer service was so prompt and understanding(even though this was the delivery service's fault). They immediately sent another collar. Very kind folks and had integrity. Hoping others will support this great small business. The collar works great also!!

Been using these collars for years. Love them. They work great.

Frustrated with customer service not following through, this is my second review, please stop.

The product is great

fast shipping&good product

All good! Exactly as described and what I was looking for

I’ve enjoyed the warmth of the units and the ease of charging them. Plus, customer service is great. Alex is phenomenal!

Have used these for many years. Safe and effective for my dog. Perfect fit. Price is much higher than it was.

I ordered the product almost one month ago and still have not received it

I have 2 small dogs the collars did not work my dogs still have fleas I would not recommend this I’m so disappointed I wish I could get a refund

I like to use natural ingredients.

besides longer than expected everything else is great

I bought a total of four or two of my dogs that I have and they still come back and from outside scratching and biting especially at their tailbone. I don't think this product is very efficient. Now I'm stuck with two more products that I ordered that was a waste of money.
