DFUmedia has been a great partner in supporting our Facebook accounts. He is extremely reliable and consistently deliver on what is needed. What stands out the most is his responsiveness — he is always quick to reply and take action, which makes coordination smooth and efficient.
Dfumedia is excellent. After ordering, they provide a detailed video guide that walks you through the setup process and helps prevent common issues.
After receiving my account, I did run into a few problems—but each time, they promptly replaced it without any hassle. What really stood out was their support even after the guarantee period had ended. Nearly a month later, when I experienced additional issues, they still assisted me without charging anything extra.
With services like this, there are often factors beyond both the buyer’s and seller’s control. That’s why it’s so valuable to work with a company that is understanding and continues to provide support even after the transaction is complete.
Their response time can be a bit slow at times, but they always reply within 24 hours.

Do not use this company as your agency. Upon signing up, it took over 2 days just to gain access to Facebook BM. The insteuctions were not clear and every step was a njgjtmare. I paid for 3 ad accounts and there were already accounts made i could get access too and the ONE account i did have access to got restricted before I could even advertise. It took another 24 hours for them to create another BM sbd ad account and once I gained access to that account, Meta was requesting facial recognition identification on a profile created by DFUmedia that was the opposite sex to me so I couldn't gain access. When they "fixed the issue" the account was restricted once again. My company lost 4 days and had to argue for a refund as they were only going to pay 50% of the initial deposit because "your account was restricted upon gaining access to first BM".
Not to mention the gentlemen from Pakistan i was speaking with became very rude and defensive.
Do not use this company. Especially if you have had issues with Meta in the past and are lookong to grow and scale. Not worth it in the slightest and their reviews are clearly fake.

Firstly, the initial delay in delivery was due to the payment being received after the weekend via bank transfer, which unfortunately is outside of our control. Despite this, we worked to process your order as quickly as possible once funds were received.
Throughout the process, our team provided step-by-step guidance and support. However, there were multiple instances where account access issues arose due to incorrect handling of login details and platform requirements. Even in these situations, we still went ahead and provided a replacement ad account at no additional cost as a goodwill gesture.
Regarding the restriction issues, it’s important to note that Meta’s policies and verification systems are independent, and restrictions can occur based on various factors beyond our control. Despite this, we made multiple attempts to resolve the situation and assist you.
Most importantly, although the assets provided were affected during usage, we still issued a full refund, which reflects our commitment to fairness and customer satisfaction.
