Mr & Mrs Woosey, I am delighted you are happy with the service you have received from Martin - all our team are excellent and work very hard to provide an excellent service. The accounts department have the slightly less enjoyable task of keeping the wheels on, which they do heroically. I think your public comments are more than a little harsh - if it is the issue I think you are referring to. If it is something else I don't know about -feel to contact me and I will make it my top priority to put it right.

Hi Alistair,
Thank you for your review, much appreciated! we are glad you had excellent service thats lovely to hear. On your invoice point I think there may have been a slight misunderstanding. One of our team should have explained our payment terms to you prior to us doing your work and then you should have received an email sent to all clients detailing our company decision to stop accepting cheques, it was for very valid reasons which I am happy to explain, Im so sorry this was not made clear. The message you received attached to your email invoice is a standard one going out with all invoices.
As far as I know you do not have to accept our T&Cs to review our service, but it may be Trustpilot's T&Cs you have to accept - I will ask them and check it out! I will give you a ring tomorrow and explain further.
Derek and Team were absolute …
Derek and Team were absolute professionals throughout a difficult build project. They always had the technical answers, worked well with the broader team and were highly regarded, were quick with solutions, creative when required, but above all trust-worthy and available to help. Happy now to help support them.
