Do not buy from this company they miss sell and over charge for the item. Then expect you to waste a load of your time sorting it out for them. If I could give zero stars I would.

The part that you have purchased, whilst may show some slight visual differences is suitable for the purpose you have purchased it for.
We have 20,000 products listed on our website and we try to ensure that all of the product information is up to date. We are picking this up with our supplier and will update this instance as soon as possible.

Speedy delivery
I ordered a part for my boiler cabinet at 3.45 on Monday. I was informed almost immediately that this part was on back order and would take 5-7 working days. It wasn't urgent so I expected to wait up to 2 weeks. The part arrived at 2.45 today Wednesday. Beautifully boxed and well protected. I am one very happy customer. Thank you.

I've had good, I have definitely had bad.
Sometimes the CS is good, others its been like dangled off a bridge
The website is good, the speed of postage is good, but should you have a problem they can certainly fail on that department.
Its such a shame they are a sister company to the sinking ship that is city plumbing (chitty plumbing)

I’ve been using DHS for a few years now…
I’ve been using DHS for a few years now as they have the genuine parts I need for a commercial boiler. Prompt delivery and easy website , I spoke to them once and they have good customer service and happy to advise in case of queries.

We Needed a couple of parts for 100kw…
We Needed a couple of parts for 100kw boiler asap to get the hot water back up and running,
You had them both in stock, ordered before 6pm and paid for next day delivery before 12, which was a reasonable price, by 8am the following morning the parts were delivered to the office, very impressed and we have a very happy customer with hot water!

Easy to order, better packaging needed.
Easy to order, correct items delivered quickly. The only area for improvement is packaging. My order consisted of one large and one small item. There were gaps where the outer box was poorly taped shut and the small item could easily have dropped out and been lost in transit. Better parcel taping needed.

Very helpful customer service
Very helpful customer service helped me to identify a replacement coal kit for my gas fire. Also help track down a manual for replacement which I couldn't get anywhere. Delivery and response was quick. Thank you DHS. Would recommend. Only think I could grumble about the slight wear of some of the coals before them rubbing during shipping.
