I had tried a different brand and I didn’t care for it. Plus the test strips were outrageously expensive. It stopped working after a short time. I did more research and came across the Lvlonge in your store. So far so good. Easy to program and the supplies are reasonably priced.

Never had any difficulty ordering and receiving items from Diabetes Store. That makes a life that is in some ways difficult and complicated easy and simple.

The order was filled quickly and as ordered at a reasonable price and was also shipped quickly. What happened after shipping is a different story;
My order was shipped 18 May via USPS and I didn't get it until 28 May. In my opinion, the USPS dropped the ball big time. No wonder why the American public has such a low opinion of it.

You could not beat the price for the items I ordered. There was a small discrepancy with the order but it was corrected very quickly! I recommend Diabetes Store!

I came here looking for particular brand of hand support. They listed it on the website and when I tried to buy multiple items, it kept saying they didn't have enough to fulfill my order.

IF IT'S OUT OF STOCK, SAY SO. Don't waste people's time and get their hopes up thinking they found what they needed.

I accidentally ordered only 1 box of diabetic needles instead of 4. I contacted customer service & immediately received an email response that my order was able to be corrected. I appreciated the prompt customer service.
