This place is a scam I send my pods and they rejected 9 out of 13 boxes,I don’t see what is claiming in pic, made up excuses to rip you off, then claim PayPal would accept the payment. This place is a scam do not send

When your package arrived, our team opened it and found that 9 of the 13 boxes had significant staining, in most cases covering the box from top to bottom. We documented each one with photos, which we included in your adjustment email and also sent to you separately. All of our processing is recorded on video as well, and we’re happy to share that footage with you if you’d like to review it.
As stated in our purchasing guidelines, we can only buy supplies in original, factory-sealed, mint condition. Stained boxes are considered damaged, and for health and safety reasons we’re unable to resell them and have to donate or discard them. We understand how disappointing this is. Please know it’s disappointing for us too, since we cover shipping costs upfront and are only able to stay in business when we can purchase the supplies our sellers send.
Regarding payment, when we attempted to send funds to the PayPal account you provided, PayPal returned an error indicating the account is registered outside the United States, which prevented the transfer. After several attempts, we let you know and offered to pay you by check instead, which you agreed to. If you’d like to understand why PayPal flagged the account, PayPal’s support team will be able to explain the details. For privacy reasons, Paypal will never share any details about your account with us.
We truly value every seller and take our reputation for honest, transparent service seriously. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us directly and we’ll be glad to help.

I just finished my first transaction…
In their response they say they spoke with me and told me that ny shipping box had food in it and that they told me this when i called. Number one I did not use a food box to ship these in number two they never mentioned anything about that when I talked to them. They also state in their reply that they sent me an email with pictures. I never got ANY email from them, never mind with pictures! I had to actually call to find out why I didn't get my money and all I got was a generic "one of your boxes was stained", nothing about food in the Box. So they either have me confused with someone else, or they're just lying...either way it tells you what kind of company you're dealing with if you use these guys.
I just finished my first transaction with diabetic buy back, and im not impressed at all. I sent 4 items and was supposed to receive $225, but only received $150. (They said one had a stain on it.) Before sending them I read reviews and researched the company very well and the one thing I came away with was make sure there were no stains or damage to any of the boxes. I actually had 10 to send but cut it down to four for the first time to see how it worked and I'm very glad I did! But I looked at those 10, and visually checked each one top to bottom, and all four sides, and none of them had stains on them. One of them had a tiny tear, but I still have that one at home so for them to tell me that there was a stain on it seems like an outright lie. Unless somehow it got stained in the mail on the way there which I don't see happening. I would just say take pictures of each item that you send them before you send it... if you still want to do business with them. It wasn't a very good first experience, and they didn't even send me an email to explain! They just sent the wrong amount of money, with no explanation! The only reason I found out what happened was by calling them. Doesn't seem like a very professional way to do business to me.

When your package arrived, our team opened it and found food residue inside the shipping box. As you mentioned when we spoke by phone, the supplies were shipped in a box that had previously been used for food. Three of your four boxes arrived in good condition, and we paid you in full for those. The fourth box had visible stains across its surface, which we documented with photos. We included those photos in the adjustment email stating why there was a deduction, sent to you at the time of inspection, and we also shared our processing video with you afterward so you could see exactly how the box arrived for your reference. If you did not see that email, please check your spam or junk folder, as it sometimes is filtered there depending on your email provider.
As stated in our purchasing guidelines, we can only buy supplies in original, factory-sealed, mint condition. Stained boxes are considered damaged, and for health, legal and safety reasons we’re unable to resell them. We know that’s frustrating, and it’s disappointing for us too, since we cover shipping costs upfront and can only stay in business when we’re able to purchase the supplies our sellers send.
We actually agree with your advice to photograph your supplies before shipping, and we encourage every seller to do so. We’d also add one more tip for anyone reading: always pack supplies in a new, clean, sturdy shipping box with plenty of clean packing materials. Boxes that previously held food or other products can transfer residue, stains and moisture during transit, even when the supplies looked perfect when they went in.
We’d still be glad to work with you on your remaining supplies, and our team is happy to review photos of them before you ship so there are no surprises. Please reach out to us directly anytime.

I found this a very easy process.
My only complaint was the post office took way too long. They made a mistake and my package apparently was placed on the wrong truck, adding about four days to the process. Not this companies fault, but it was a significant delay.
