A very polite, informative, and efficient engineer.

Very friendly Engineer who arrived on time, did a thorough boiler service and willingly answered any questions. He also help adjust the boiler programmer to suit my different heating requirements.

We had these guys replace our boiler after they submitted what I thought was a very competitive quotation. The job turned out to be quite a lot more complicated than we expected, but they also fixed a number of problems that we didn't know were present in the rest of the heating system and left it running better than before.

Engineer advised booking and was very punctual. Respectful of property and decor, friendly and approachable. Very clean workmanship and thorough.
Would have no problem recommending this engineer and company.

Diamond recently installed 16 PV panels, inverter and battery at our new build in Hereford. Presales advice was excellent and once the system config was agreed, Diamond coordinated the complete installation superbly. Commissioning highlighted minor glitches but these were diagnosed and resolved promptly by Diamond and the system is now delivering an 80% reduction in electricity usage despite overcast skies. We've been delighted with Diamond and have no hesitation in recommending their service. Thank you!

Diamond gas have been doing my annual service since the installed the new system 5 years ago, always give a prompt and professional service.

We had 13 solar panels/battery/inverter/gateway/EV charger installed over two and a half days.
From the point that we made an initial enquiry in December through to the completion of the installation in the second week of January our journey with Diamond Green Energy was trouble free.
Upon making an enquiry the sales staff (Cameron) provided clear explanations about the products, detailed the likely timeframe for installation, and gave realistic estimates based on our current consumption of paypack period.
The after sales service (Jodie) was excellent and we were kept informed about when the survey would be carried out, scaffolding would be errected and the fitting of the equipment would take place.
The survey was carried out by Nick who subsequently was the electrician who fitted the equipment and the panels were installed by Declan. Both technicians were efficient, considerate and courteous. They were able to suggest and implement satisfactory solutions to the one or two difficulties that the construction of our house presented.
Subsequent to the fitting we were given a clear explanation on how to use the Sigen app and were provided with a completion pack which enabled us to switch to the appropriate tariff with our energy supplier.
On the cost front, of the five companies we approached, Diamond Green Energy seemed to provide the best value for what we were looking to achieve.

Rang Diamond on a Sunday, got a response, engineer arranged for the following day. Further appointment made to fix problem. All appointments made around my working schedule. Engineer explained problem and solution. Further problem arose, again quick response.

Great overall experience, the system booked my service in advance allowing me to choose the day for the work to be done, good updates through text and email giving me the time slot and when the engineer is on their way, Russ Rawcliffe was my engineer, really nice man, very professional and knowledgeable and a real credit to Diamond.

He worked well and clean the water is a little hotter so I don't waste to much and told me about my carbon alarms need renewing

Post the annual service both the heating and hot water were not available. Does not inspire confidence
Someone is telling a story because your response bares little resemblance to the facts. I am not prepared to get the engineer off the hook.when he left we did not require the heating or the hot water until later in the day. So we had no reason to test it. It is complete and utter nonesense to
suggest it worked until the following day. I put on my wood burner during the evening!! The bottom line is the heating and hot water were working fine before the engineer arrived. When he left your response implies I should have reset the boiler myself!! I am not a boiler engineer. One thing is for certain because of your response I will be looking else where for future servicing
