Good work
The company worked hard to create the correct air source heat pump system for us. The lads that did the heat loss survey and full installation were very careful and tidied up everyday; Jake, Steve and Drew especially.
The system is a bit complicated, but everyone is more than happy to explain about the SensoComfort and app.
I would recommend this company, the slight issue regarding a couple of radiators was sorted as quickly as possible.

Air Conditioning System
We were quite sceptical about installing an air con system as portable products we had tried did not did not live up to expectations. We found Diamond Green Energy on-line and we have been delighted, not only with their service but also the product. They responded well to our enquiry and we didn't have to wait long for an installation date. The system was installed by Joe and Matt who were very friendly and helpful and their work was efficient and professional.
The system has been a blessing in the recent warm weather and we would strongly recommend this company

Top Notch Company
I had AC put in my bedroom about 6 weeks ago. The service was excellent. The team that installed were excellent as was the electrician that wired it.
I later decided to add AC to my lounge after the May 2026 heatwave. This was after discovering the benefits on my sleep and general wellbeing for both myself and my dogs.
I went back to arrange the install, again an excellent service from start to finish. I cannot recommend them enough. From Louise & Ian in the office to Matt who installed and the electrician (sorry forgot his name) 5*+ service at a very reasonable cost

Good service. Company kept in touch about timing. Clean tidy engineer who not only serviced our boiler bought from Diamond but service our gas fire thoroughly too. Excellent service, 9 years we have been a customer of Diamond.
