Tiffany do not associate themselves with this company, Tiffany products can only be bought via tiffany directly and these products are fake.
Tiffany don’t put things on sale really either.
Confirmation from Tiffany brand protection team confirmed that this company is operating illegally in the sale of counterfeit gold.
Please avoid at all costs.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Absolutely no communication since ordering on “emba Beauty”, another site owned by the Diamond Cabin. Over a week passed with no sign of anything being shipped, emailed and got no response.

Opened a case with PayPal and a shipping number was provided. The shipping number was for a parcel that had already been delivered, nowhere near my address that’d been given and when I tried to input my postcode to track its specific location it was invalid. Because they gave a shipping number that was NOT for a parcel with my address on.

Total scam and I’d avoid at all costs. If something looks too good to be true, it is.

Whilst attempting to purchase Tiffany goods, my card declined, and I was immediately contacted by RBS fraud squad who told me the amount had been attempted to be deducted SEVEN times on various devices (a MACbook, Linux, and an iPhone- I have an Android). Card was cancelled immediately, and a lesson learned to read reviews before purchasing expensive items!

Just tried to order a Tiffany bracelet. But my credit card payment would not go through. I contacted the Bank and they said it would not deal with this business because it dose not comply with the FSA data protection. Barclays wouldn't recommend you use any card transactions with this company.

Scam website, took money and never sent Tiffany necklace, filed chargeback with my bank to get money back

They have had over £100 of my money and no product has been sent and no refund given since March. Just get emails almost laughing at me saying check your bank again . Do not order anything this website is a scam

Avoid at all costs, ordered Tiffany bracelet and earrings, no purchase receipt, no order number, seller email unrecognised, bracelet arrived after 2 weeks, clearly a fake, all attempts to cancel order over following 2 weeks failed, all attempts to get return address failed for 2 weeks, eventually got a response, paid for gold standard return at my cost of £10.99, eventualky got full refund after 4 weeks, nightmare, its a con

I placed an order from Diamond Cabin London on October 4, 2025 and paid £24.90, which included £3.95 shipping.

Two weeks passed.
NO delivery.
NO tracking number,
NO proof of shipment.
I kept emailing them, and they only replied with vague excuses like “it will be delivered soon” or “tracking will be sent today.”

Then the seller sent me a fake shipping label with a QR code saying “Item must be posted by 20 October” which clearly means nothing had been shipped yet.

After that, they tried to charge me €14.37 more for shipping, even though I had already paid the original shipping fee.

This is a scam website designed to take your money and then ask for more. They never provide any real tracking number or proof of dispatch.

I have reported them to my bank and filed a dispute.

Everything looks legitimate until you pay - then you get fake messages, fake shipping, and no product!

Didnt think to check reviews on this company before ordering. Wanted to buy a 'tiffany' bracelet for my daughter in law. Thank god for my bank being on the ball. They declined the payment as scam. Then I read the reviews!!!

Absolute scammers, no emails to say items are in transit. Email sent to address provided. Message sent on social media and also request on website.

Bank have been informed of scam along with authorities.

Shocking customer service. I ordered a “Tiffany” bracelet set as a gift but needed to return this as the recipient already had the same one. I also query whether it was even genuine. It has taken weeks to receive any communication from the company regarding a return and refund. They eventually arranged a collection but didn’t give me any details of the day or time so I was left wondering when they might actually turn up. No acknowledgement or confirmation that the items have been received back and no update on when I’ll receive my refund. Don’t trust this company. I think they are scammers.

Ordered a Tiffany necklace as a gift. Was supposed to be dispatched within 48 hours. As it hadn't arrived I emailed to enquire wheniI was likely to receive the item. I received in the next couple of days. On opening the package, alarm bells began to ring, as I already owned a Tiffany necklace! The gift pouch and packaging was obviously not genuine, and well, the necklace! Couldn't have been more fake, cheap, lightweight, and it had a damaged clasp. I emailed right away, attaching photos of the item and my own, genuine necklace, requesting a refund. I was given some story that he had been away for a few days and others were sending the goods out, and that they had sent me this in error as they should keep this one to compare with genuine products???!! I was offered a replacement and a further discount, which I refused and they asked me to return my purchase before getting a refund (like I'd want to keep a cheap fake!),.and was told that 'somebody' would collect it. I was a bit wary about this, however, after 27 emails back and forth the necklace was returned and my money refunded. Looking at other reviews, I would stay well clear of this crowd. If it looks too good to be true, it normally is!!! On the plus side, all my emails were replied to in a timely manner. I Googled the return address which was a residential dwelling, not that you can't run a business from home, however I would have expected a commercial property.

Everything went through straightforward ordering on their website.
A week later, I’ve heard nothing!
No delivery, no tracking number no estimated delivery times.
I’ve emailed a few times after reading that there was great customer service.
I’ve had no response from my emails either.
Very disappointed with this company would like a full refund and I would avoid going forward.
There’s no phone number or address on their website.
Complete scammers.

Need to return an item & am getting nowhere. Only an email address provided which doesn't appear to be valid as my message has failed to deliver multiple times. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered what I believed to be genuine Tiffany & Co jewellery and accompanying gift packaging, however following purchase became concerned after noticing various descriptive and spelling mistakes throughout the site, including office address. This was further reinforced after receiving an email from a non branded email address (MySite) confirming the order.

I requested a refund ahead of any dispatch, but did not receive a reply. The order was due for next day delivery, this did not happen. A refund request was submitted via bank and provided.

Surprisingly, the order arrived two days later, in diamond cabin outer box packaging which in itself was ok, but the inner contents was an obvious faux: very poor quality, no hallmarks and light weight. Would not give as a gift or as a freebie. Only partial provision of the Tiffany and Co gift packaging ordered, was included and again poor quality and an obvious faux. Overall the jewellery presented as pieces you might pull out of a christmas cracker!

Would not order from or recommend this online seller, misrepresentation of goods, Not clear if this is a dropshipping business but dubious about legitimacy and would avoid at all costs.

I have been trying to contact this company for the past week as I need to return an item. I have emailed and messaged them on their website but haven’t had any kind of response. There are no clear instructions regarding returns but does say allows 28 days for returns/refunds. Hopefully I hear back soon if not I will need to contact my credit card company.
