Dear all,
I don’t normally do this, however, due to the exceptional service I have received over the last 24 hours from you, I felt compelled to email you.
I have just ordered an Olivia 18ct white gold, 5ct diamond tennis bracelet, I’m hoping it arrives before 1pm Wednesday 11th Feb as this is a valentines gift.
The service I have received from Saskia has been incredible and at a level that most companies would envy.
Saskia listened to my questions, she was so knowledgeable and even sent me videos through of her wearing a couple of different sizes for me so I could make an informed decision, she even followed up with calls to help.
This level of service not only reflects brilliantly on her but she has represented your company to the highest of standards and has secured a returning customer.

New favourite jewellery company
I ordered from Diamonds & Co as they had just what I was looking for, with a price tag that worked for me. I was not disappointed. My earrings arrived promptly and I was very impressed with the quality of both the packaging and the jewellery. My husband was with me when I opened the package and has now made a note of Diamonds & Co who he will use in future. As will I for gifts for our daughters.
