I bought a dice tray for my DnD games, but through no fault of our own on either side, an error has occurred. I got in contact with them, and they both responded and fixed the problem within minutes.

The dice tray is of beautiful quality and it was the cheapest one around, no compromises. I'm a loyal person and they have made a lifelong customer out of me, I love the company and I can't recommend them enough!

I recently started a new campaign with my friends and I was looking for some new dice as the ones I previously had were ones I randomly bought one day just for the sake of having some and they were buried somewhere deep in the storage. I just looked up 'dnd dice', Dice Goblin was one of the first websites that popped up and intrigued by the name I decided to look at it. I was instantly drawn in by the selection but as mentioned by other reviews I was a bit skeptic as it seemed too good to be true and there weren't many reviews on the website. Having looked at Trustpilot and browsed other websites I decided it was worth a try and bought 3 sets. It was about 8pm on a Tuesday night (and that was not very smart of me since my session was supposed to be 3pm the next day:) ). And then I was looking at their Facebook page as one does and I saw another set I was thinking about and the photos were stunning so at 3am I placed another order asking to add it to the first one. Both of my orders were Royal Mail 48.
Fast forward to Wednesday and I get confirmation that the orders were shipped. Friday morning I got them, packed together. The order was packaged very nicely, the bags that come with the sets are very cute and hold the dice nicely, and there was a gift sticker I absolutely loved. The dice were just as the website showed, very nice to the touch and actually even cuter and more beautiful in person. One of the sets was a gift to my partner and he was delighted when I presented it.
I'm also a bit paranoid so I tested all of my dice on how balanced they are (the chi-squared test) and they were VERY good. It wasn't too extensive (number of sides x 10 or 15) but one of the sets was practically perfect, and the other two were very close.

Overall, I can't express enough how happy I am with the purchase. I can definitely recommend the shop and the products, I really can't wait to buy from them again!

I've just ordered my second set of dice from Dice Goblin and I will say my first set were excellent. The service is great, the products are great and the pricing is great! You often see a lot of dice sellers over-charging their customers, but with Dice Goblin I pay the same amount for dice as I would at any hobby shop! And the dice options are extremely unique too!

I found out about Dice Goblin from an advertisement on Facebook and to be honest I ordered from this website expecting to get scammed as I've had bad experiences with several websites similar to this especially from facebook... The only thing I could find about them after a quick search was the one review of them here on trust pilot which also didnt help my scepticism.

To start off the website is great and easy to use although seeing a variety of dice sets being marked as sold out without having a single review reminded me of a scam website which did the same to make it look like items were in high demand. The prices on the website were also really reasonable with resin dice sets costing between £8-£11 and metal dice sets costing mostly around £20-£30.

After reverse image searching a set of dice I liked on the website it came back with no results which finally made me believe that the website was real. I then placed an order of 2 metal dice sets with first class shipping (which totalled to just over £50) sometime around 3am on a Thursday morning (1st July) and got the order confirmation email. At 5pm on the same day I got another email from them saying that the order had been dispatched. Then on the Friday (2nd July) I recieved my package which had been upgraded to "Royal Mail Tracked 24" free of charge by Dice Goblin as the order was over £30.

I had ordered 2 sets of Dice, the "Emperor's Vault" and the "Sorcerers Mantle" but inside the package there were 3 sets of dice, the 2 I had ordered and then another with a cutout of the company logo layed ontop with the words "A FREE GIFT FOR OUR TOP CUSTOMER". Each set came in its own cotton bag with the logo and green pullstrings and each individual metal dice was in its own air tight bag for protection. All of the dice were of fantastic quality and were designed really well, I also didnt notice any weighting issues when rolling them.

I have not had a chance to use their customer support so can't say anything about it. The only problem I had with the website was making sure it was real which could be solved by linking the Trustpilot page to the website and sending an email to customers a few days/ a week after their order encouraging them to leave a review.

Overall I am a very satisfied customer and if I am to need/want more dice in the future this will be the fist place I look.
