Didriksons Avis 82

I paid £190 for what I thought would be a great jacket. Tried one on in a store. Orderd a different colour direct. Wore it for the first time and was thoroughly disappointed. The pockets are unlined and create large cold spots on the torso. Contacted customer support who were only interested in pointing to their T&Cs the jacket is only just outside their 14 day restriction which is fair enough but no interest whatsoever in the fact that the jacket is useless in anything but very mild weather. It’s too bulky for 10degrees it’s too cold for anything like cold weather.

I thought I was buying a well designed quality garment and would get the quality and service I was paying for.

If you are looking for a warm waterproof jacket and want excellent customer service go it Decathlon. You won’t get it from Didricksons. The garment is substandard the service is non existent, you’ll have paid through the nose and you’ll be very disappointed. £190 and I’m choosing between flogging it on Vinted- there are loads on there and the charity shop.

Don’t waste your time don’t waste your money they are trading on their reputation which they are not upholding.

I washed my Didrikson parka and followed the washing instructions. It's now lost the thickness and warmth. Very disappointed after paying £500

First I’d like to say that customer services were really helpful in helping me find the correct sized coat I needed. They were prompt to answer and I got exactly what I needed to know.
Secondly, the coat I received was of excellent quality, good size, but unfortunately not the style I wanted so I had to return it. I’ve had no issues with the return and received my refund within the time frame they gave me.

Bought a coat from there website the Aiko parka in walnut £270 . Wish I had read the reviews on here and not on the website . Iv worn the jacket and my partner took a couple of pictures of me outside on a walk . The coat has green areas on it down the front and round the neck where the zip is and the material is a lot stiffer . Iv sent pictures to them asking to send it back and all they have said is we’re sorry it does not match the website picture and they will pass it on .

The postage to UK £8 and they charge you £8 to return. Customer service rude and unhelpful so beware

Ik heb de eerste bestelling van een jas retour gestuurd omdat die te groot was en een kleinere maat besteld. Het afhandelen van de retourzending ging goed en de kleinere maat is een hele mooie jas en ook een hele goede kwaliteit.

Not worth the money

I bought a Didrikson on a friends recommendation. The zip broke the second time I used it. Customer services said they could not reimburse or mend the zip but would send me a replacement zip for me to replace myself. would avoid this brand

Vi købte fornyligt Didriksons Slaskeman regnfrakken. Den har et vandsøjletryk på 10.000 mm, dog er dette totalt irrelevant, når regnen let trænger ind gennem knappelukningerne. Hvorfor har man en regnfrakke, med knapper i stedet for en lynlås? Resultatet er at regnen langsomt driver ind og så er det jo lige meget hvor mange tryk den kan klare.

For £130 you’d expect a decent quality coat. That’s not what I got. It’s totally 💩. Zips useless and the coat soaks up more water than SpongeBob. I’d honestly rather wear a bin bag. Do yourself a favor and dontriksons.

Obwohl die Regen(!)jacke mit 100% Waterproof beworben wurde, hielt sie dieses Versprechen leider nicht. Der Kundenservice reagiert auch nicht. Für den Preis eine enttäuschende Erfahrung...

As per another reviewer, it took a month to get my money back for a purchase I returned immediately. Again, despite paying cash direct from my bank account I received an automated email NINE DAYS AFTER the item was received by this company as a return. It took a further TWENTY FOUR DAYS for KLARNA to get round to returning my money despite the fact that I had no idea that KLARNA was being used to process a cash purchase. So I had their item in my home for one night, they kept hold of my money for thirty three nights. Unacceptable in this day and age with digital technology.

Ich besitze schon eine Regenjacke von Didriksons die wirklich top ist! Daher habe ich mir eine Regenhose bestellt. Leider hatte diese schon Gebrauchsspuren, daher Reklamation. Der Kundenservice war super, sehr schnelle, unkomplizierte und vor allem zuvorkommende und freundliche Lösung!

I wish I'd read reviews. I bought a coat directly from Didrikson, mid april. Returned and had an email confirmation that it had been received, 25 April. One month on, no refund & told I have to chase 'Klarna'. I didnt' knowingly make a purchase through 'Klarna, I don't have a Klarna account and I don't want one. Now I am responsible for having to chase them to get my refund.. that cannot be legal for online selling.

Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden gewesen mit meinem Regenparka. Bei Wind und etwas Regen bin ich trocken geblieben. Allerdings hat es heute ziemlich stark geregnet und ich bin klatschnass geworden. Die Firma preist ihre Jacken mit 100% Wasserdichtigkeit an oder habe ich da was falsch verstanden? Für den hohen Preis erwarte ich dann aber auch das das Produkt hält was es verspricht. Bin sehr enttäuscht!

Ska verkligen inte en dragkedja hålla mer än knappt 1 o 1/2 år. Jackan kostade ju ändå 2000 :-.

Having bought and returned 3 Alicia long length coats online from different sellers over 3 months (delivery time very slow) am now giving up. The zip is faulty and will not engage at foot. I’ve bought Didrikson jackets past twenty years but now it seems quality has dropped. The Alicia is a great coat but zips are now very poor quality. Hopeless! Customer care zero.

I would put 0 stars if I could. I bought a Didriksons Andreas jacket on the 1st of March of this year. After having worn it in two separate "downpours" in London and seeing how the rain does not bead at all on the jacket but instead soaks into the fabric I decided to email Didriksons to see what they had to say. They told me to speak with the store where I bought the jacket in the first email and then in the second email told me to buy a water repellent spray and spray that on the jacket to waterproof it again. I am giving Didriksons a 0-star rating because of their pathetic customer service and because the quality of their products is also pathetic. Didriksons retails this jacket at over £200 and it is branded as a fully waterproof jacket but can't even stand up to two 30 minute rain showers and has less than a month's use...

Købte en frakke for rigtig mange år side fra Didriksons. Tror den er over 10 år gammel nu. ( bruger den endnu) lidt slidt men stadig varm, vandtæt og dejlig. Ikke så køn nu, lidt falmet.
Har været i rigtig mange forretninger, men ikke fundet en med så mange kvaliteter som den.
Har været på nettet og ledt efter noget der lignede. Har fundet en med de samme kvaliteter. Er super glad og tilfreds med den.

Bought a Didriksons acke full zip hoodie, it a great fit and really warm middel layer.
Great value for the money.

Bad quality zipper of my didrikson drew coat. It looses some of its teeth within a year. This en makes the coat unusable. When i compare it with the zipper of my g-star coat you can see the difference. Very poor quality
