Either you've had your number skimmed…

Either you've had your number skimmed or you're scammers yourselves. Just got an aggressive call from the number listed at this company telling me they were from the 'disrepair team's when I queried if she knew disrepair meant break she asked aggressively if I thought this was a joke. Well that did make me laugh, she hung up.

A 500% price increase and no clear path forward

We are a long-term customer who contacted support to add an additional seat to our existing account. What should have been a straightforward request turned into a lengthy and frustrating exchange that exposed serious issues with the company’s pricing policy.

The entire case was handled by Justinas Juzuitis (Senior Customer Care Representative). While he was polite and responsive, the outcome clearly highlights a structural problem with pricing transparency and fairness, rather than an individual support issue.

During the conversation, we were informed that adding new seats would result in a price increase of approximately 500% compared to the existing seats on our legacy plan. This kind of increase is extremely difficult to justify from a business perspective—especially for long-term customers who have not received any substantial new functionality or added value that would explain such a jump.

It also became evident that:
- Existing customers are penalized for growing.
- Pricing rules are no longer clearly published or visible on the website.
- Conditions and discounts are negotiated manually and case by case.
- Any future change in the number of seats must be handled internally by support, creating uncertainty and lack of control for the customer.

Most importantly, there is no clear or predictable long-term pricing model. This makes it impossible for a business to plan ahead or assess costs with confidence. As stated during the exchange, under these conditions it becomes more reasonable to consider migrating to another platform rather than expanding within the current one.

Finally, it is worth mentioning that the mobile application has been problematic from the very beginning. In our experience, it has never worked reliably and has consistently failed to meet basic usability expectations. Fortunately, there are third-party applications that partially work around this limitation, but relying on external tools to compensate for core functionality issues is far from ideal.

The core issue is not support quality, but a pricing policy and product experience that lack transparency, consistency, and respect for long-term customers. A sustainable SaaS relationship should reward loyalty and growth—not discourage it through unclear pricing and unstable tools.

Until pricing becomes transparent, stable, and aligned with fair commercial standards, we cannot recommend this service to businesses that plan to scale.

Over a year ago, we introduced a significantly upgraded Cloud PBX platform, including a dedicated softphone, AI-powered features, and an updated billing model. To respect our existing customers, we ensured that all legacy services and seats retained their original pricing, rather than applying the new model retroactively. Any newly added seats, however, follow the current pricing structure, which is publicly available and applied consistently to all customers.

We understand how this transition can feel frustrating when scaling, and your feedback around predictability and transparency is valuable to us as we continue refining both our pricing communication and product experience.

Probable Caller ID Spoofing from a DIDWW Ireland Ltd supplied connection number 0208 073 1956. Relentless ringing from this unsolicited number, DIDWW as a communications company should be able to Police their network to prevent this harassment of innocent people.

Received several scam calls over a few…

Received several scam calls over a few weeks that all lead back to this company. Now I appreciate they may not be actually making the scam calls but surely they have something in their tecnology that can do more to prevent this.

Also when I tried to report it directly to DIDWW they wanted me to provide them with my mobile number in order to make the report. I am sorry but I do not know you and I do not trust you to protect my information. Given the level of scam calls seemingly linked to your business why on earth do you think I am going to willingly provide you with my number?

Also you do not need my number to investigate a scam number that many many people are reporting. A little time spent on Google has located many people reporting the same number over and over. Just investigate the number, you do not need my details.

Awful company who indulge in numerous scam/fraud calls. When you get in touch with them all they want is more of your info- email/phone numbers/address etc. Stay clear of them.

I keep getting a series of Calls from…

I keep getting a series of Calls from this company who operate for many companies and all of them I believe are scams. Not one of these numbers leave a message on my answerphone in which case I don’t return the call. I just block it.

I believe if there are genuine callers, they will leave a message or their name and I will call them back quite happily.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY. DISASTER . using unknown to me through another RESELLER, they failed to get a new number and asked mental questions that were easy find online. Then decided to close the account had for years NO warning. Now with another provider 95% cheaper....yes 95% cheaper and no scammy business ways. ....STAY AWAY and check who is your reseller to them. Ask your provider and if your direct with them oh my .... UPDATE since the reply from DIDWW I re-asked the reseller " I completely understand how upsetting it must have been, especially considering the impact on your business. Unfortunately, the rejection came directly from our service provider, DIDWW, and we were not given the option to override their decision. We realize this led to an unexpected and costly disruption for you, and I sincerely apologize for that." Who is lying? mmmm me thinks DIDWW. * as stated now with another provider 90% cheaper)

We bought 3 DID's with DIDWW just last week, paid for the numbers added our credit card, next thing we wake up with an email from Aira:

We regret to inform you that your account has not been verified by our Legal Department in accordance with DIDWW Terms and Agreements, Clause 2.7. As a result, we are unable to provide you with service.

Something about this company smells.

I'm asked to be honest with my review, It's a shame this company can't be honest. I have received numerous scam calls and, so far, have managed to aviod actually falling for any. When I look up the numbers the vast majority trace back to numbers owned by this company. I do not believe that they are so incompetent that they can't do anything about it. The profit from the scammers is obviously keeping them going.
Thanks to DIDWW for their standard response. My opinion of them remains the same. Despicable company.
