Very helpful aftersales support

They were incredibly helpful when dealing with some equipment that needed repairing. Went above and beyond the call of duty to get things fixed. I really couldn't recommend more highly!

We prepayed for a product

We prepayed for a product, but never recieved the item. Has not even been shipped. We contacted the customerservice allready about this back in start 2021.

We have steadily asked about status on the refund, and every time we get a respons, that they will fix, refund or whatever. But nothing happens. Tried mail, phone, Messenger, seem like they don't care.

This was a product for Black Magic grading panels, where we where refered to buy from DigiBroadcast. So very dissapointed as another reseller about this complete lack of care.

I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I ordered a Canon camera they falsely stated was in stock and took my £888 then an e mail stated they would let me know when they got hold of the camera .
I rang up and asked if they had the camera to be told it was out of stock and did not know when it would be available.
I then asked to cancel the order and get an refund.
They tried to fob me off by selling me a more expensive camera. To date I have not had my AMEX card refunded nor response to my e mail.
I await a refund soon before taking legal action.
This company does not seem trustworthy.

Had ordered the wrong product. The team over at Digi Broadcast did an amazing job to send out an alternative with the tight timeframe we had given them. Very Happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them!

Amazing!

Extremely helpful company who go above and beyond for customers! Liam in particular was a huge help for me in sourcing and delivering a used Arri in excellent condition for a competitive price. Really appreciated all the help guys!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I placed an order and it’s been 3 days without any confirmation of shipping, despite paying extra for 2 day delivery, which has obviously not been honoured. They also haven’t responded to emails asking them where my order is or for any tracking information. I’m going to cancel my order if they haven’t already sent it and get back to me ASAP.

Terrible customer service. AVOID

At the time you placed the order the estimated lead time on wanted product was 2 weeks for delivery.

We can also see that one of our staff members tried to get in contact with you regarding your order.

You were also immediately refunded for the duplicated order made in error.

And later on you were refunded for the second order.

Great Customer Service

Digibroadcast was very helpful in supplying me with a Sony FX6 camera which I had been trying to find. The service I experienced was very helpful and assisted with getting my camera delivered to me the next day.

Item I wanted was out of stock

Item I wanted was out of stock. I still placed the order as there was no rush and the price was good. They kept me informed all the way through about the progress of my order and managed to deliver two days before my flight out of the country. Thank you for providing me a great service. I will come back again.

Bought a nice used Sachtler tripod

Bought a nice used Sachtler tripod. Digi Broadcast picked up the phone when I had a query about the product before buying and it arrived the day after ordering. The tripod head was fully locked off when it arrived. This is generally bad practice, as it often causes damage in transit. Luckily all was in order and it works very well
