When Adan started to assist he was quick and professional, I struggled to understand some of his gestures on AnyDesk initially but I think we got along just fine when I caught up. The one issue I have is the response time between emails being quite slow

What fabulous service, my request received prompt professional attention. My hassals with Microsoft re validation service dissipated within minutes and my Office suite was restored to full functionality .

Before this purchase, I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus – Lifetime License for 5 PCs × 1 and after installing it on mine, I attempted to install it on my wife’s computer and it said the product key was not valid.
I don’t understand why it is advertised as a “lifetime” license for 5 pc’s and I am only using 2.

I had a situation where I had to purchase a new laptop and transfer my Microsoft product over to the new laptop. Microsoft had discontinued servicing the product I purchased through Digipinit in Jan 2023. Digipinit provided new license keys for a new product and assisted me in the set-up process which went off smoothly. There was no charge for this.

Did not work with computer excel auto went to google sheets. Very disappointed

Very responsive support. Software is as described and works as advertised. I had a small issue installing on my laptop but support handled it quickly and efficiently. 100% happy!

The price for the Microsoft word only was very reasonable. That is what got me to buy. Then, once I paid, I immediatly received the license number. It was easy. Thank you.

No prior notice that a Microsoft Outlook.com account was needed to download the Excel software I had already paid for.

Easy to do business with. Just one thing tell us where to go to view the download. I had a little difficulty finding it. I thought a pop-up window would say download. But I found it, Thank You.

Yup, made the purchase -- Too bad they don't tell you up front that what they are selling will not work on Chrome Book. Tried to reach out for some help.. just crickets. I'd like a refund as download never completed and their product is not usable on Chrome OS. Still looking for a way to delete their product and obtaining a full refund.

Bought the product and didn’t read the fine print of software version required. Rookie mistake but they would not refund the product since I tried to use it.
