contact them and everything is fixed in less than 24h
I had problems with the proxy I bought and was hard to find someone to fix it, but finally did it and in less than 24h everything was working, looks like they also fixed the contact stuff bc they were having problems with it.
so now they fixed the proxy problems and also the extra charged stuff. it works fine with no limits and now I can really say there is someone to contact for anny issue you may have. ty team :)
