I was genuinely stressed about my final year accounts and corporation tax fillings. I would've fallen behind and wasn’t sure everything was in order. Working with Rita and her digital accounting team instantly put me at ease. They stepped in quickly, walked me through every detail, and made the whole process feel manageable.
They didn’t just file the accounts: they checked everything against HMRC requirements, found areas to improve my tax position, and explained everything in detail. Their responsiveness and clarity made a huge difference, especially when I needed fast answers.

Awfull experience
I had a first introduction call with a lady named Rita, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The conversation felt more like an interrogation than a customer-focused interaction. She repeatedly questioned my answers and implied that I was doing something wrong, despite this being our very first meeting.
What concerned me most was the way she made personal comments and seemed to approach the call with clear prejudice. Her behaviour was unprofessional to the point that I had to end the conversation. As non white person, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout the call.
I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, but I would advise non-white individuals to be cautious.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your experience during the introductory call did not meet your expectations. We take all concerns seriously - especially those relating to how a client feels during an interaction.
To clarify, our onboarding calls always include detailed questions about business operations, banking arrangements, and international activity. This is a standard part of our due-diligence process and is required to ensure compliance with UK regulations, particularly where cross-border operations or high-volume cash transactions are involved.
That said, it is equally important that every client feels respected and comfortable throughout the process.
Please know that we do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. We work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and support their business needs.
Based on our internal review, it appears that we did not clearly explain at the start of the introductory call that some of the questions we ask are required for understanding business operations and meeting compliance obligations. Without that context, the questions may have felt unnecessary or overly intense. Since you shared that a significant portion of your transactions are being conducted in cash, it required us to ask further clarifying questions as part of our standard due-diligence process.
Going forward, we will make sure to clearly outline this at the beginning of every call so clients understand the purpose and importance of these compliance and due-diligence questions.

Perfect attention to detail & deadlines
I set up my company and as one does when you start a new business, I had no time to do my accounting.
I started with a big accounting firm and did not feel I was getting my money's worth, the onboarding process took very long and furthermore, I felt like I was not getting the personal treatment I was expecting. When I had my initial conversation with Rita, I was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and positive energy, therefore I decided to work with her.
Rita took care of everything from VAT returns to my accounts with amazing attention to detail. She sent me reminders to make sure I did not miss any deadlines.
I felt I was very well looked after so I could focus on my business.
