Great advice given before buying
Needed advice before buying and it was clear these people are specialists who can guide your purchase and without having to pay a premium for it. Very happy with my purchase of small portable scales accurate enough to weigh precious metals and gems

Having trawled Amazon and Ebay for…
Having trawled Amazon and Ebay for digital mini scales I found lots of identical looking products at vastly differing prices and very mixed reviews. I decided to go with this British company as they had a better curated selection and were offering a 3 year guarantee. Very polite and pleasant to deal with. So far the product seems good and accurate as far as I can tell.

Hello Penny,
Thank you so much for leaving great 5 star review, it'll be a real help for people also looking for Pocket Scales. The Triton 400g ones you have ordered are really reliable and a great choice, particularly with the calibration weights, making it very easy to double double check their accuracy.

Fantastic service from Mark and the team - caller at just gone 2pm to see if we had a chance of getting something next day due to an issue with our current scales. Prompt delivery. Not actually tested the scales yet but packaged carefully (loved the checklist from the manufacturer). Also liked the way the instructions have been written. Smiled at the personal ‘thank you’ on the invoice!

Well packaged and delivered promptly.
The scales were well packaged and delivered very quickly. I was also kept informed of the delivery date/time.
As other reviewers have mentioned, apart from the weighing top which is made of stainless steel, the rest of the case is made from a hard plastic so it feels a little cheap. I suppose at this price-point that is to be expected. Otherwise, they appear to be of good quality and I'll wait to see how well they last.
