EXTREME WARNING - DO NOT USE DIGITAL CENTRIC!!!
This guys are an absolute shambles. DO NOT TRUST them and DO NOT WORK with them!!!!! Ever!
Everyone one of these guys are FAKE and use fake names and aren’t who they say they are.
They use FAKE websites for some of their past clients.
Their reviews are all made up and FAKE!!
They are not REAL people in many cases and USE FAKE NAMES when contacting you.
They FAILED miserably to deliver my website on time and made a complete shambles of the SHOP element.
They also have poor ENGLISH and the attention to detail on the website was not up to standard so much so I had to correct their basic mistakes.
Many hours/weeks/months went by having to constantly harness them for an update as to when my website would be delivered.
When it was delivered (months later) it was poorly done on the back end.
Whilst I did get a website off them, I choose to I go to another company who are extremely reputable to take over my website management.
I’m love working with them and they are called 2cubed.
So, if I wasn’t clear enough DO NOT USE THESE FAKE GUYS AND NEVER EVER WORK WITH THEM.

I hope you are doing well, we had a thorough discussion with our web design team regarding your raised concerns and we found out that we delivered you the website project back in February’2021. We love to listen to our clients and we believe in delivering excellent web designing and development services to our local and international clients. If you wanted to make any changes in the design, you could have raised this issue within the given project deadline.
The website was designed and properly developed as per your approval and certain functionalities which you required were made by our web development team as a courtesy, regardless you paid for a simple WordPress website. Our team shared multiple revisions after your consent and finally, the project was delivered. Yet after all hard work and forth changes, you approved the website, the website was made live within the shared timeline, and it was handed over to you. Raising concerns after 5 months of the project delivery does not make any ethical sense. Our customer service will welcome your notes, you may write to us.

Dear Deirdre, As you know you paid us for 1 indoor poster & 1 outdoor poster, the design was shared with you and all feedback and changes that were given to us by you were done accordingly. Final artwork approval was given by you after which we sent you the order.
After receiving it you stated that there were issues with the print so we requested a picture from you so we could see if you are eligible for a reshipment or not but you did not want to send us any proof so we cannot even help you with the refund request.
This a very uncommon instance for us. If you like things to sort out send us a picture so we can take a look at what went wrong. We would love to make things right if you communicate with us. Please feel free to reach out to us here or on our contact number so we can clear this issue.

Logo & Website Design
I worked with Jack and the team on the design of my logo and website and I am very satisfied with the outcome.
I would reccomend them, but I would also advise you get a full understanding on all the services you are buying. As someone who is not very techy I didn't understand what some of it meant which led to minor hiccups along the way.
Apart from this, the team came up with great, professional suggestions and designs, and Jack was very efficient.

You signed up with us on November 4th, 2020, for a revamp of the website. We sent you a new look for it, to which you stated the same look and feel, due to which we redesigned the website similar to the current one.
November 10th, 2020: You approved the UI, due to which it was developed on the testing link. After that, we continued to tweak in font color and placed your services till the 24th of November.
November 24th: You then decided on a totally new design, due to which we had to discard all previous work and work again on the initial design project required extra time to be completed, which you were not willing, and we would be happy to complete and deliver the project, but you would have to extend the deadline or stick to the design you have approved.
