Dan has provided IT support to the charity I work for (S.A.L.V.E.) for many years. He is always on hand to answer urgent IT questions, has helped to re-load windows, replaced broken keys or whole keyboards on laptops and helped speed up old laptops that have become slow. We would never go anywhere else for our IT support.
Dan has been a wonderful support to our organisation Hope for the Future - he is our go to IT support person. He speeds up and fixes our computers, offers advice and is very reasonably priced. We highly recommend him to other organisations who don't have their own IT department but need support keeping their tech working effectively.
Dan offers a great service. I organised for my husband's old VHS videos to be put into an electronic format. It was really easy to deal with Dan. He's very professional and prompt at delivering.

Dan has fixed my laptop on numerous occasions over the last few years and I would never use anyone else now. He has replaced the broken keyboard, restored windows when it stopped working and always manages to get it working much quicker when its become slow.

I needed an audio cassette converting to either CD or USB, at short notice, for a family funeral. Dan had the conversion done in 5days, picked up and dropped off at my house and put it on both formats. Chuffed to bits and the music was crystal clear. Thanks, Dan.
Very professional prompt and efficient service. Dan converted numerious home videos to digital format. Came picked up and returned as part of the price. Did not have to worry that they may 'get lost in the post'. All at half the cost you see online for a similar services.

I cannot recommend Digital Dan highly enough. I have had a few issues with my MAC and other tech devices, which have impacted my efficiency at work negatively.
Thankfully Dan was able to diagnose the issue quickly, his communication was prompt and fixed the issues within quickly.

Dan digitalised a lot of CDs, videoes , super 8 reels many about 50 years old. All family things from when our kids were very young and now also grandchildren, weddings etc. We knew the very old Super 8 films had also been re-recorded more than once so the very old stuff was not perfectly clear but certainly watchable and now all the family have all the family history on 2 USBs. The price was very reasonable and less than I expected. Collected from and delivered to my home. Thank you. Highly recommend Dan.
Awful experience. I emailed them after seeing an ad online and had a response after a few days. I replied confirming I wanted to go ahead with a specific package. I then didn't hear anything, I emailed chasing a few weeks after (forwarding their original email back to them) and still no response. Totally unreliable and uncommunicative.

Unfortunately we have no record of any contact from this person so can only come to the conclusion this review has been left on the incorrect account.
We asked the reviewer for more details to ensure we definitely hadn't missed them, but they did not respond.
I had an old hard drive with photos on from when I was younger that wouldn't load anymore. Some companies were quoting really high prices to recover the data. Dan did a great job at a fair price and got me back all my photos. Highly recommended.
