This was a perfect find for my daughter’s first story book. We don’t have Adobe so they accepted a Word document and were very thorough with multiple quick communications back and forth to get the proof just right. The books were brilliant quality. We’ll be asking for a second run very soon.

This company were amazingly helpful. I wanted a story, that I had written about my police service, made into a book for my family and friends to read (rather than try and get it published). It was over 50 pages long and I wanted some photos included as artwork.
They, very promptly, advised and helped me ensure that the product they made exactly matched my expectations, promptly and efficiently.
No hesitation in highly recommending this company.

Fantastic Finished Product.
Ordered some sprial bound notebooks for a company event.
Quite often in the past with other companies with fast turnaround the quality is often lacking - but not with digitalprinting. The quality was exceptional and far exceeded my expectations.
Smooth order process and delivery exactly as expected in secure pacakaging.
Will use this company again and have already recommended to other colleagues.

Happy with the excellent service I got from the team. I had to make a change and the proactiveness of leaving my order on hold while they got my go-ahead even before I got a hold of the team was impressive. The product came promptly with no fault. Thank you! Make sure you read the terms as orders get processed promptly and not everyone will be fortunate to get their amendments processed.

Edit- I was contacted by a wonderful gentleman whose name I can’t remember, he was so professional and apologetic in a way that truly represents the customer service I was expecting from this company.
He offered to refund the order and from speaking with him I believe my experience must have been the odd case which it happens.
I can’t wait to give DigitalPrinting an other go and have some stuff printed for my business.

I paid extra for before 10am delivery. It didn’t arrive before 10am, or 12pm or 4pm or 10pm. More than 24 hours later, it still hasn’t arrived.
I was told I’d receive a refund for the missed expedited service. I’m still waiting for a confirmation email. No confirmation. No evidence it’s been processed.
Instead of taking responsibility, I was immediately told it might be due to a “Highlands postcode issue.” I live on the mainland. My postcode is not in the Highlands. That excuse was given before anyone had properly investigated what actually happened. It is embarrassing their first reaction was to deflect and try to find a way to blame the customer!
What’s worse is the contradiction: you charge customers extra for expedited, time-specific delivery, but when it fails, you wash off your hands, act as though you’re not responsible. So you charge expedite just in case it works? Then hope people won’t bother chasing up their refund or even worse they might not ask for it.
If you are selling and profiting from a premium delivery service, you are responsible for ensuring it works or for resolving it properly when it doesn’t. Passing the blame while keeping the money is not acceptable.
No proactive updates. No clear explanation. No accountability. I had to chase for answers while the deadline for something important passed. As a matter of fact I still never got a clear explanation nor do I want one.
Because of this failure, the item is now completely useless to me.
If you cannot reliably provide a paid-for premium service, you should not be offering it — or charging customers for it in the first place.

Booklets were unacceptable all bent out of shape, albeit I could have just about used some of them.
Got this response: "I can only apologise once again - I can get these redone for Wednesday for you, or I would be happy to offer you discount on a future order as way of an apology." No mention of the size of order I'd need to place!
Fair enough but could not wait for a reprint so said I would take a discount at a later date.
Today I place an order for £19.99 and ask if I can get my discount only to be told that it's not a big enough order to give a discount to?? But they would not charge the £5.95 delivery.
They argued on chat that: "...since you kept and used the previous order and it was (in our opinion be) fit for purpose" and that we never offered "to provide free prints"
Nothing I hate more than lies and broken promises and a sign off from the chat ..."Have a nice day !"

Consistently high quality
Every time I order from Digital Printing, the job arrives promptly and the printing is consistently high quality. The price is also very reasonable.
On the very rare occasions that I have had any problems, the team has been brilliant at resolving them and amending the job.

The quality of the print is first class and the delivery is so quick. I have used Digitalprinting 6 times now for a community newsletter. I cannot recommend them enough. The print also arrives in good protective packaging. You get the date of the delivery when you order. Also when I have had a reason to contact them, they promptly get back to you.

A good first experience: the company were diligent and helpful. The product was produced as agreed and speedily delivered as promised. There was also follow-up to ensure they had done what was asked. I will definitely use them again.

Digital Printing have never let me down and always delivered on time. I have been working with them for years now. I’ve always had great communication with them too. But to be honest, mostly I don’t need to communicate with them at all, I just upload my file, and they send my books 3 days later. Every time, for years now. Thanks very much.

I cannot recommend DigitalPrinting.co.uk enough! Their customer service is truly amazing and they are incredibly easy to communicate with.
I had a bit of a chaotic situation: I sent over artwork for my menus, but shortly after, I realized the pricing was wrong. I contacted them immediately to stop the job so I could send revised files. I sent the new artwork over, but due to a small mix-up, the menus arrived printed with the original (incorrect) artwork.
I emailed them straight away to explain the situation. Their response was fantastic—no arguments and no stress. They acknowledged the mistake immediately, and even though I had changed things mid-process, they took full responsibility and rectified it.
It’s rare to find a company that handles hiccups with such grace and speed. If you want a printer that actually listens and supports their customers, this is the place. I’ll definitely be using them again!
