Buying an Autodad LT 2026 > it's only a 30 day version
Hello , i've buyed a Autocad 2026 LT (Order #12723 (November 30, 2025) and installed with the Autodesk Installer.
The Autocad LT 2026 works proberly, but its only for 30 days and it#s only for students ?
Look to my order and tell me whats wrong with your sale or whats wrong with Autodesk.
I want have my own Autocad LT 2026, i've paid 90 $ for it.
Otherwise i want my money back as very very quick, or i 'll give this problem to my lawyer to handle it in my.
way. - You can be shure thats my pure seriousness.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion this situation caused.
To clarify, we had not received any direct support request or email regarding this issue prior to the review, otherwise we would have assisted you immediately.
Regarding your concern: AutoCAD LT 2026 does not expire after 30 days when properly activated. The message you’re seeing is Autodesk’s standard trial mode, which appears when the software is not signed in to the Autodesk account that holds the license.
Your order was processed correctly, and the license is valid. Activation does not require a serial key — instead, Autodesk links the license to the email address used at checkout.
Once you sign in inside AutoCAD using that same Autodesk account, the software automatically detects the license and removes the trial notice.
We have now contacted you by email with clear activation steps and are more than happy to assist until everything is fully resolved.

Since our initial response, we have contacted the customer multiple times by email with clear, step-by-step activation instructions and offers of direct assistance. Unfortunately, we have not received any response to any of our messages.
To clarify once again:
• The product delivered is AutoCAD LT 2026, exactly as ordered
• The license is valid and permanent, not limited to 30 days
• The “30-day” message shown is Autodesk’s trial mode, which appears only when the software is not signed in to the Autodesk account that holds the license
• Activation requires signing in with the same email address used at checkout, not a serial key
We remain fully available to resolve this immediately once the customer responds. Support on our side has been active, documented, and ongoing.

AutoCAD 2023
Habe eine AutoCAD 2023 Version gekauft, habe zwar eine Benachrichtigung von Autodesk erhalten, doch die Lizenz wurde mir nicht im Konto angezeigt. Nach der Installation der Software konnte ich erst in der Software eine Lizenz sehen. Nun läuft alles und ich bin zufrieden.

Der Download kam nie zustande.
Ich habe weder viel Hilfe über den Chat bekommen, noch vernünftige Rückmeldungen per Email.
Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich hier nicht einem Betrugskonto aufgesessen bin.
Der Download sollte laut Anbieter sofort verfügbar sein. Das war er nicht.
Ich habe per Paypal bezahlt. Bisher hat das mit dem sofortigen Download überall funktioniert.
Nur hier nicht, ich habe einige Mails geschrieben, die nur automatisch beantwortet wurden.
Im Chat (Helpdesk) bekam ich gar keine Antwort und habe schließlich die Bestellung storniert.
Einige Zeit später kam ein Mail, dass ich die Software jetzt downloaden könnte. Ich hab die entsprechenden Seiten aufgemacht und es war nichts da, was ich downloaden hätte können.
Enttäuschend.
Ich versuche jetzt mein Geld wieder zurück zu bekommen über den Käuferschutz. Mal sehen wie das funktioniert.
Meine persönliche Erfahrung war grottenschlecht.

Hat alles perfekt geklappt. Es ist sinnvoll, sich zuerst ein Account anzulegen und dann die Software zu bestellen. So kann man die Veränderung gut nachvollziehen.

Top und absolut empfehlenswert
Ich habe das Angebot gesehen. Bestellt und dann ging alles ganz schnell. Das Produkt wurde schnell zum Download bereit gestellt und ich konnte direkt loslegen. Das Nenn ich mal Service. Im Nachgang, benötigte ich noch mal den Support und dieses Anliegen wurde auch, sehr, sehr schnell gelöst!!!!!

i was a bit shy to buy some stuff here. but it was a very good decision.
anything works well. there was a bit trouble with the installation, but the guys here at digit were very helpful to me.
I can recommend the service without any hesitation.

Autodesk Fusion 360 Education License
Die Lizenz für Fusion 360 habe ich gekauft aber sie wurde leider nicht automatisch mit meinem bestehenden Account verknüpft. Daher habe ich den Digit Monitor Chat kontaktiert und innerhalb von 5 Minuten wurde das Problem gelöst und ich konnte wieder arbeiten.

Habe AutoCad LT 2023 gekauft. Leider habe ich die Erste E-Mail zum Download der Software nicht erhalten, was aber am nächsten Tag prompt über den Support innert Sekunden erledigt wurde. Das Programm läuft einwandfrei und soweit hat alles bestens geklappt. Danke schön! Lea
