This app is a scam
This app is a scam. I purchased the pro version and the app freezes on opening and there is no way to access the content. Mysteriously absolutely no contact info or customer service exists. I messaged them on Instagram for assistance and no response. These other reviews are false. Hundreds of reviews extolling my same experience on the App Store. It’s a scam!
Update:I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times, and every time the same thing happens: freezes upon initiation-just stays on the apps logo screen and never initiates. I have sent emails that appear to have gone into the ether with no response. I stand by my previous review. SCAM.

Hi Nanci,
We're sorry to hear about your experience.
This certainly isn't the experience we want our users to have, and we'd like the opportunity to investigate what happened. In the meantime, could you also try reinstalling the app? In most cases, this resolves issues like the one you described.
If the problem persists, please contact us at support@dilemmo.app and include the reference Nanci384237 in your message. If possible, please also let us know your device model and attach a screen recording showing the issue.
Our team will investigate this as a priority and do everything we can to help resolve it as quickly as possible.
We look forward to hearing from you.
