The shirt is true to size

The shirt is true to size, comfortable, and all around great quality. I would recommend the products. Shipping took a little longer than expected but it made it to me the day before I needed it. Worked out great!

I ordered a blanket for a birthday…

I ordered a blanket for a birthday present. I got no indication of when it would ship. When several weeks passed with no blanket, I left a msg requesting that they cancel the order. I got no response to my msg. A week or so later the "blanket" arrived in a very thin envelope, in spite of my request to cancel. The envelope showed no identification from Dilypod so I was quite surprised to find it contained a vacuum packed "blanket" that is paper thin. Fortunately, I had to buy another birthday present when the blanket I ordered did not arrive. I would have been very embarrassed to offer such a cheap product (although it was not cheap in price!)

Beautiful ornament!!

The ornament arrived damaged the first time (possibly in transit), but the Dilypod customer service was excellent!! They requested some details to help them avoid damaged items in the future, then shipped me a new one right away. the new one is perfect and I it!! Such a beautiful way to remember our fur babies who cross over that rainbow bridge. Thank you so much!!

Amazing and kind customer service that makes me want to continue shopping there

I ordered a sun catcher after our family dog passed away. It was an incredibly hard loss on everybody involved, so I wanted to send them something nice to commemorate Belle. I made a mistake on the shipping address, which caused the package to be considered undeliverable, and would be destroyed instead of being returned to the company. They notified me of this and offered to resend a new one and cover all of the costs. I did not expect that as a response at all. There’s only been a handful of times I’ve heard of a company offer this response when it was clearly a customers mistake. It was a little bit of kindness that truly meant the world.

I ordered a simple blanket and its been like 16 days since they shippped it supppsedly, but now its saying my tracking number is invalid???? Im so pissed it was a present for my wife that meant a lot...but i guess they got me for 80.00$ ...would be nice to hear from soneone

Scammers!!!!

If you place an order, they charge you & never ship. Visit their Facebook page to see MANY outraged customers. I’ve filed a report with the FTC and their domain host. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Company did not send sympathy card purchased and did not respond to my email. Also charged for a tip. Well, here’s my tip. Run a business as if you care instead of being a dumb ass low life company!!!

Terrible Terrible quality all lies

I wouldn't even give it one star. The pictures of the caps were awesome, the actual caps were not worth w penny's. They were soon late getting here. I wasted lot of money. I will read reviews before I order anything again. I will never order from dilypod again.

Very disappointed in the delivery time…

Very disappointed in the delivery time that was advertised and what actually occurred. Stated "delivery before Christmas" and it just arrived on 12/29/2023. Paid extra for "insured mail." Nothing inside the package was worth spending $11 to insure. Quality of the blanket is not good and would suggest looking for other options in your shopping.

Do not order from this company. I ordered an ornament that looked so cute on line. It is a piece of plastic that looks terrible. Junk! Paid for quick shipping and the ornament was priced in the same range as beautiful glass or porcelain ornaments. This company is a scam operation

So disappointed Horrible quality

So disappointed. I was so excited to give my son a backpack ornament to reflect on his year of backpacking. The ad on site looked amazing. Just received and it is so cheaply made I will be throwing it in trash. It looks like they cut a backpack out of a sale ad and printed in his name and put acrylic over it. Does not look like artwork but a colored copy from a website. I have never seen such poor quality work in an ornament. They have no return policy on this so they are getting a bad review. I would highly suggest they evaluate their suppliers better than this because it only gjves them a bad name. IT IS WORTH $1 MAYBE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF THEY HAVE NO BETTER RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS TO SEND CRAP LIKE THIS TO THEM AND CHARGE MONEY. My 3 yr old could have done this.

I ordered a custom ornament of a yoga person and I got two ornaments of dogs. This place sucks. Grant I spent $20 dollars waited forever to get it and it’s wrong!! Don’t buy from this website. You can’t talk to anyone even though they say they have a chat you never talk to anyone.

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!! I ordered a canvas for my son and when it arrived the football jersey number was not on the jersey sleeve like advertised but instead was floating off on a different section of the photo, cleearly did not belong there. I've emailed several times and they will not respond. Terrible work and terrible customer service. You would think with the price they would be able to at least respond!
