Delivery was punctual
Delivery was punctual, food tastes exactly like amazing home cooked meals and are fresh! Loved the taste, low calories and sodium across the entire range. I’ve tried just about every ready meal and there is not one meal that I have not liked!

I’ve tried pretty much all the meal delivery services on the market and Dineamic is definitely the best I’ve tried. The portions are generous and the ingredients taste super fresh and of high quality.

The food I eat is much plainer
The food I eat is much plainer, so I’m not accustomed to eating very spicy food. I like vegetable separate from meat . I do like cottage pie though.

We noticed that in your order there is Free Range Chipotle Chicken with Basmati Rice which considered a spicy meal! We suggest you to keep an eye of 'Chili' label - this indicates that the meal is spicy!
We appreciate your suggestion of the cottage pie! I will let the kitchen team know for a further consideration to have the meal as our new offering : )

Most of the meals are great except…
Most of the meals are great except for the noodle dishes. The noodles does not work well when re-heated. It turns all chewy and unpalatable.

Did not like the seal back peeling
Did not like the seal back peeling, found it very difficult to open meal. Far to many meals which included a lot of chicken meals.

Ordering NDIS subsidised meals
Ordering NDIS subsidised meals has been a straightforward process. The low fodmap menu I use provides enough variety to keep it interesting and the meals are tasty. I miss the chicken cacciatore pouches, though.
The delivery service has been excellent.

Nutritional value and recyclability
There are way too many carbs in most meals compared to protein and veges. In fact, there are hardly any vegetables at all, except for potato or sweet potato.
The brand promotes recyclability, which is possibly true about their meal packaging (depending on where you live), but their cold packs are very hard to recycle unless you cut each block up by hand, empty them out and dry them.
It would be much better if they took back their cold packs to reuse them!

These meals really are delicious
These meals really are delicious. This week I particularly enjoyed the Atlantic Salmon Risotto and the Ginger-Lime Fish Curry with Brown Rice and Broccoli. I am training for my first Hyrox event and I love that I can be confident Dineamic meals are great fuel for my level of training.
