Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. First order was never delivered and no attempt was made to advise was not going to be. Location app would update all day to advise coming and never did. I contacted the customer service email and was replied to the next day to advise was cancelled and nothing more to be done.
When ordered online required immediate payment; when failed to delivered advised 10 days to refund. Real concerns with such practice

Definitely try these - something for everyone
I've tried a few other ready meals so was skeptical but these meals are great. We were pleasantly surprised. Delicious and something for everyone in the family. The meals actually have flavour! Of course, some are better than others but they range from good to very good in my opinion. The only thing that could be improved is that the ice packs don't keep cold very long so you really don't want this waiting for you too long in summer.

I was relieved to receive my order early morning. Due to some appointments I’m not always there for the delivery. Hence the temperature being a concern. Everything I ordered was included and correct. Really happy, thank you.

Great meals for Low FODMAP people
Great meals, they all taste good and there is enough quantity. I got the low FODMAP kit and I felt so much better after a week of eating these.

Packaged very well! Anyone who complains about if it's not salty enough which I've heard .. you have two hands ...add your own salt at your desire haha. The variety of options too and transparency of calories. Love love love

Hit and miss
Some of the meals were a little dry, others lovely. Overall a bit hit and miss but enjoyed the more sustainable packaging and the Rokeby milks as a brekkie option

Easy to refine meal choices for gourmet meals
Fairly easy to refine menu down to suitable choices and select from there.

Absolutely easy , fantastic tasting product and the delivery options are the best around.
Everything so far has been tasty and I’ve lost weight without even trying too.
Negative
They need an app for iPhone to make it easier , it’s a little pricey especially when you can purchase at the supermarkets on special sometimes .
If you buy a bundle or spend over a certain amount the discount could be much better .
9.9/10 and I’m not one to give scores easily

Yummy, easy, simple.....
Getting these meals just makes my week easier with dinners. Having two teenage boys who are always hungry, knowing there are delicious, nutritious to grab makes me feel llike a super mum lol

Love the food and low FODMAP options
Loved the food and the options for low FODMAP which I sometimes need when I’m having unexpected issues. Everything also tastes amazing and is so much healthier than other options I’ve had before. I have a chronic illness so this is a lifesaver on bad days.
