Incorrect packing missing a couple items which had been soughted out with 1 email which was awesome customer service, comuntcaion and efficiency.
New Mongolian noodles dish complaint noodles soggy over cooked.

Regular Updates
I liked that you kept me informed of the updated delivery date and the offer of a free delivery next time, a free meal, and the replacement of meals that were within the 7-day timeframe from delivery. The delivery took place on Friday 15 November at around 7.35am (it was originally due to be delivered on Wednesday 13 November).
I am waiting for the personalised response to my email where I sent photos and a list of the foods that were within the 7-day timeframe for a refund. Thank you.

Great products, a good selection of vegetarian meals. Sad the product was damaged and not entirely satisfied with the offer to "fix" the issue.
