Bad company for employees. They keep them at work during winter without heating. Management is on very low quality.

W dniu 13.12.2025 byłem w Legnicy na ul.Jaworzyńskiej w sklepie Dino ,tragedia cały sklep zastawiony paletami z towarem,nie ma jak się dostać do asortymentu ,na podłodze syf ,brud ,śmierdzi na cały sklep ,jedną Kasa czynna ,nie ma kto rozkładać towaru tragedia ,jak płacą tak mają i to ma się nazywać Polska sieć WSTYD

Habe für 700 € einen kinderwagen bestellt. Nach zwei Wochen kam die Benachrichtigung, dass diese Bestellung nicht bearbeitet werden konnte.
Das Geld wurde nicht zurückerstattet. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert

I did order a baby chair 2 years ago and everything was perfect. Two weeks ago I ordered a new baby chair and the support team was very quick with helping me, emails replies came in an hour. Then everything stop , my order delay , I message them many times and there were no replies. Finally I received an email saying, they can’t proceed with the order and received a partial refund of 30eur, still waiting the rest 240eur and a reply to my emails to understand when I can expect the refund.

The company no longer operates. They stole money for furniture that was never delivered.

I have ordered a baby stroller from Dino.Sklep. Initially, the seller and I, we both learned to trust each other, as we clarified all the aspects regarding delivery. On top of that, they have answered all my questions regarding the product. The package came in good condition to Denmark and I received a good quality product. I am very happy with my order and I certainly recommend the seller.

ich habe mir vor drei Wochen einen Schrank bestellt,
sofort eine mail mit einer Order-Nummer erhalten, diese sah schon etwas merkwürdig aus,
das wars dann aber auch,
kein Schrank,
es gab keine weiteren Informationen zur Lieferung oder Liefertermin, garnichts mehr,einloggen auf der Dino-Seite ist auch nicht möglich, angeblich ist meine Mail-Adresse oder Passwort falsch,
einen solchen Shop braucht niemand

Ordered a buggy 5 weeks ago. Website stated it was in stock. After 3 1/2 weeks they informed me that it was no longer available. Delivery was supposed to be 3 to 5 working days and when I ordered they said Delivery could be up to 21 days. Pure waste of time.

Ich habe einen Autositz vor 1 Monat bestellt(für 105€ mit Versandkosten). 2 Wochen passierte nichts und ich schrieb eine E-Mail an die Firma, dann schickten Sie erst mein Paket los…. Paket kam nicht an, weil falsche Adresse. Die Hausnummer fehlte, und deshalb wurde meine Bestellung zurückgeschickt nach Polen. Jetzt kontaktiere ich die Firma und keiner Antwortet mehr darauf…. Mein Geld ist weg und die Ware habe ich auch nicht erhalten….
Das erste Mal bestellt und nie wieder!!!

Just AVOID. The quality of the bed we received is awful, so many fails from the manufacturer. Don't waste your money.

wszystko znajdziesz na półkach dużo towaru do wboru

Nachdem ich die Bewertungen bei opineo.pl gelesen hatte, gab ich dino.skelp eine Chance und bestellte einen BeSafe Kinder Autositz. Mit Versand nach Deutschland habe ich 55€ gespart und nach 5 Werktagen war das gute Stück unversehrt bei uns. Bis hier hat also alles wunderbar geklappt. Ich hoffe keinen weiteren Service zu benötigen, denke aber, dass es auch dann keine großen Probleme geben wird.

Dino na Morcinka w Jeleniej Górze to jeden wielki żart. Kolejka na pół sklepu, jedna kasa otwarta, bo pani misi iść na przerwę. Kultura osobista niektórych pań również zostawia wiele do życzenia.

We bought a Besafe Toodler car chair as it was about 1/3 off the price compared to Denmark.

Terrible. Not 3 hours worth of entertainment! Absolutely dire is an understatement, was expecting much more after paying £62 entry. We left after 30 minutes feeling scammed. False advertisement - this place needs to be inspected asap before more families fall victim to their con. AVOID

I bought a Maxi cosi nova stroller system and it was all as promised. Delivery is too expensive to other countries in Europe. It’s a fair time for delivery. You pay per package and if your product comes in 2 packages you pay twice shipping, like the stroller system I got. The price is cheaper compared to other shops but when they change to euros goes a bit high (because they use polish money)and then also have to pay the commission for converting to euros and a commission to the company that takes your card money. In the end goes very high of that first price you saw.
