Muy decepcionada

Muy decepcionada, el esmalte al día siguiente está quebrado y se sale desde la punta de la uñas, he probado diferentes técnicas además de la que ellos aconsejan, tutoriales y demás y sin resultados.
Haber ahora que hago con todo lo que compré. Espero que DIPME me dé una solución.

Pésimo estafa total

Pésimo estafa total, no son los mismos colores y no duran ni 24 horas y para quitar lo resto que te queda pegado flipas más de 5 horas y aún hay pegotes en las uñas se rompe de las puntas el mismo día pero lo que queda no sale ni con una lima fuerte!!!!

Não entregam nem dão explicações

Fiz uma encomenda no dia 19/08, confiando no que prometia o site: entregue em 2 dias úteis. Até ao momento (dia 29/08) ainda não recebi nada. Já tentei falar com o apoio ao cliente através do email fornecido, no entanto quando respondem são arrogantes e não apresentam qualquer solução. Como não tenho código de rastreio, nem sequer posso ligar para a transportadora para saber se realmente têm ou não a minha encomenda.
Não recomendo

No recibí el pedido, mala atención

Hola

Me gustaría dar mi opinión sobre el producto pero ni siquiera he podido recibirlo. Hice mi pedido, en la web pone que tarda de 1 a 3 días laborales en llegar. Me llegó un mensaje diciendo que el pedido había sido enviado. Esperé pero al pasar 5 días y ver qué no llegaba escribí para pedir info. Me contestan (en una frase literal) que hay algunos productos que están agotados y que mi pedido se va a retrasar. Respondí pidiendo explicaciones, como se ha podido enviar mi pedido si los productos están agotados y me responden en tres frases que es correcto que mi pedido no ha sido enviado aún y que hay productos del pedido que están agotados. Que puedo cancelar o esperar. Si yo no llego a escribir no sé hubieran puesto en contacto conmigo. No me dicen cuánto tiempo ni nada más. Por supuesto he anulado. A ver si hay suerte.

Penoso

Penoso. Siguiendo los pasos y tutoriales queda raro. Algunas uñas bien, otras no uniformes. El color no es ni parecido. Me puse un naranja y queda rojo. No se secan en 20 segundos y la duración menos que un esmalte normal. Soy esteticista y no una aficcionada. No lo recomiendo.

I see all these 5star reviews and I feel stupid. What am I doing wrong? I didn’t want to judge from the first time so I’ve tried a few more. My nails look horrible. They are not even they are bumpy and not look good at all. I’ve tried to file and then not to file but nothing works. And they chip on the second or third day. I was so excited when I ordered as I hate going to the salon but now I’m so disappointed

Pésimo

Pésimo, quedan grumos, mucho polvo desperdiciado, al dia siguiente descascarillado... Nada recomendable. Además solo tienen 14 dias para devolver el producto. Yo tarde 3 semanas para reclamar y aqui estoy con todo sin poder devolver los colores que no he utilizado. Pésimo. Ellos prometen 3 semanas de uñas intactas pero no puedes devolver si no estas contento con el resultado.

Qué decepción!
Llevo años haciendo manicuras y pensaba que sería una nueva herramienta. Me siento estafada, es un producto horrible, no vale para nada, no consigo que las uñas estén perfectas más de 24 horas, pero a los 4 días es un desastre. no vale para nada. Se siguen los pasos, se utilizan los productos correctamente, y lo he probado de varias formas, varias capas, pero nada, el resultado es un desastre.

A minha foi uma má experiencia.

A minha foi uma má experiencia.. começou na entrega e continuou na qualidade dos produtos, a broca elétrica de oferta por ter gasto o valor superior a 90euros veio estragada quando relatei à empresa foi me dito que por ser oferta não poderia ser troca. Para além disso já é a 4ª vez que faço as unhas e elas começam a estalar por vezes logo no dia a seguir, era suposto durar perto de 4 semanas mas nem 1 dura... enfim, não recomendo.

Zeer slechte service

Zeer slechte service! Mijn pakket kwam binnen alsof ermee gegooid is, doos, flesjes, potjes en elektrische vijl was kapot. Alles is aangetast door de olie die door het pakket is gelopen.
De poeder werkt totaal niet (waarschijnlijk door de olie) het klontert, totaal niet zoals de filmpjes. De kwaliteit is zeer slecht. De nagels breken achter elkaar!

€88,00 weggegooid.

Hun reactie is, u had het pakket niet moeten aannemen. We vergoeden 2 flesjes olie uit coulance.

NOOIT dat zij nog 1 cent aan mij verdienen!

7-8-2025 P.S.: Niet na een half jaar met een zogenaamde oplossing komen! Of mijn hele bestelling degelijk opnieuw of mijn geld terug was toen de oplossing en dat zal het nu nog steeds zijn. NIKS van de bestelling is te gebruiken. De Electrische vijl was na 2x normaal gebruik al afgebroken. Alle dip kleuren klonteren en dus niet te gebruiken en flesjes die krijg je niet normaal open na 2x gebruiken, want dan breken de kwastjes af en heb je enkel de dop vast! 0,0 kwaliteit!

Experiência frustrante

Há muito tempo procurava uma alternativa ao gelinho e, quando descobri o Dipme, acreditei ter encontrado a solução ideal. Comprei um kit completo e segui cuidadosamente todos os passos, assistindo a tutoriais para garantir a melhor aplicação. Infelizmente, a experiência tem sido extremamente frustrante.

Mesmo seguindo todas as instruções, o resultado é inferior ao de um verniz comum: as unhas não ficam uniformes, o processo é demorado e o pó fino espalha-se por todo o lado. Além disso, a durabilidade está muito aquém do prometido – no máximo, três dias sem lascar, muito longe das três semanas anunciadas. A remoção também é complicada, semelhante à dificuldade de retirar gelinho com acetona.

Sinto que foi uma perda de dinheiro e só gostaria de ser reembolsada.

Un disastro

Mi sono approcciata a questa tecnica piena di speranza ma è un vero disastro.
Il giorno stesso diverse unghie si sono scheggiate e rovinate . La rimozione è difficile e lascia le unghie stressate e sfibrate. Lo spray per rimuovere lo smalto si è rotto e anche i tappi dei liquidi. La polvere pur facendo attenzione va ovunque e fa si che sia necessario aspirare la casa dopo averla usata. Un vero incubo. Mi ritengo una persona paziente e con molta manualità ma questa tecnica mi ha davvero stressata e messa alla prova. Attenzione l'effetto crosta è quasi assicurato e la durata è davvero discutibile. Non ne vale la pena.

Una semana bien. Suerte con los colores

Como actualización a mi mala primera impresión: Con el kit inicial, mal, no me duraba más de un día o dos. He probado con la base en polvo como paso adicional, por recomendación de ellos, y así sí funciona, al menos una semana sin problema. Eso sí, el kit inicial por sí sólo no sirve. El tema de los colores ya es otra cosa, es difícil elegir, ya dentro de las propias fotos hay a veces discrepancias en el tono. En los dos pedidos me han llegado tonos completamente diferentes a los que pone en la imagen, una lotería.

Niet bestellen

Pakket met 5 kleuren besteld, waaronder pumpkin pie, een zacht oranje kleur. Tot mijn verbazing krij ik een neon oranje opgestuurd. Dit gemeld bij de klantenservice en krijg als reactie dat er lichte kleur verschillen kunnen zijn. Nog een keer gemaild dat ik dit geen licht kleurverschil vind en krijg zonder aanhef een kortingscode gemaild voor, ik gok, 10%.
Daarnaast bladdert de nagellak na 2-3 dagen al af. Geen aanrader.

Bad quality of products

I bought the starter kit with the 6 colors a month ago. The products are bad. Within a month, I did 4 applications with 2 different colors, following the instructions exactly. Within 3 days, the product "broke" on almost all nails, causing it to stand up and not only look rough, but also damaged my nail. It is very difficult to remove and you cannot keep a uniform manicure for more than 2-3 days. The customer service in Greece at least is not helpful at all. I asked for a refund as stated on their website and they rightly rejected it because the products were used. But how can I test them if I don't use them? I also have 4 colors closed. Don't prefer it.

Fatal

Fatal, me compré un kit de inicio con 5 colores. No es fácil de ponerlo, queda fatal, después de intentarlo 5 veces, verme mil tutoriales pa ver q estaba haciendo mal más o menos lo logre, quedó feo. Y a los dos días ya tenia 4 uñas picadas o con el esmalte quebrado. No lo compren!

TERRIBLE! NO COMPRÉIS!!!

TERRIBLE! ¡NO COMPRÉIS, ES UN TIMO!!

Me llegó un frasco vacío y me lo volvieron a enviar. El otro día lo probé y es una auténtica guarrería. El activador se lleva los polvos y queda fatal, luego se queda duro y se rompe como cristal. Para quitarlo se lleva la uña. Peor no te lo puedes imaginar. TIMO CARO!! Ojalá leáis esto y no tiréis el dinero como hice yo.
