I ordered a schoolbag for my daughter…
I ordered a schoolbag for my daughter on July 21st, and I received a message saying it would be delivered by August 31st. However, after several weeks of waiting, I was informed they couldn’t deliver the item, despite it being listed as “available.” Instead, they offered me a much cheaper alternative. When I insisted on getting my money back, they started offering me various coupons and vouchers worth 120% of my purchase. I repeatedly told them that I just wanted my refund, but they kept pushing other options.
Finally, they said they would process my refund and that it should show up in my bank account within 3–5 days. Needless to say, after 5 days, no refund had appeared, so I reached out and asked for the refund receipt. They claimed there was an issue, escalated it to another team, and told me I had to wait for more information.
I waited another day and then called them. The person I spoke to had very poor English and told me I needed to wait 24 more hours for an update.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
Eventually I got my money back, but it took me a lot of time.
