Going into the insolvency process, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I think part of me expected it to be full of hard-sell, “he who dares wins” type characters and a process that would feel cold and intimidating. It couldn’t have been further from that.

Shaun took everything straight back to basics. He explained clearly what I needed to do, what I shouldn’t do, and most importantly how to protect both myself and the company’s creditors properly throughout the process.

He has been calming, reassuring, professional and completely dependable from start to finish. Any time I had a concern, a worry, or even just a random question about how something worked or what happened next, he was there.
