Ordered and received a very lovely plum tree, excellent condition. Came within a couple of days, very well packaged. My second order with this company, it won't be my last.

bought 4 different dwarf fruit trees which were delivered today the trees supplied were fantastic loads better than expected secured in the packaging delivered on time and in fantastic condition really impressed would recommend directplants well done

I ordered Two trees and they were delivered yesterday. So well packaged I just lifted them out of the boxes.
(DX delivery man even took them into the garage for me)

We have just taken delivery of the most beautiful fruit trees and are delighted with this company. The order was made on Saturday, 25th April. An e mail on the 28th April confirmed the delivery date of Wednesday, 29th April which is when they were delivered - 3 working days. Incredible, especially as the Nursery is in Norfolk - we live in Northumberland ! The dwarf peach and plum trees were very carefully packed and arrived undamaged. They are a good size, larger than expected, the foliage is healthy, vibrant and disease-free. They are beautiful. The free Cotinus Royal Purple plant is a good size and very much appreciated - and equally healthy. Thank you so much to all at Direct Plants for your excellent service. Perhaps should say that, prior to our order, we did consider the Trustpilot reviews and were slightly hesitant due to the 10% (4) 1 star reviews but decided to go with the 87% who gave 4/5 stars. So very pleased we did. These fruit trees are a delight.

Beautiful plants that arrived in really great condition - you can tell they’ve been well looked after. Delivery was quick, which was a nice surprise, and everything was packaged securely so nothing was damaged in transit.

Time will tell if this is as pretty as it looks, but so far, so good. I was unavoidably late ordering, knew I was taking a risk, but very pleased that I did.

I purchased and paid for instock click and collect, several days later toldcwe dont have it and it be back in stock in 3 months, ask do i want different plant or refund, i said refund, days later i told they have found a spare of what i ordered and will put for me to collect, of course you suddenly find 1, i ask again for refund, office woman said they hadnt told her they found 1 but she would refund me, they have my money and even put the payment down to be taken each month, they wont reply or refund, we are almost 2 weeks into this and i had no choice but to inform my bank. Avoid buying from this place.
