Fantastic company. I have direct contact with out account handler Alice, through WhatsApp, as well as a couple others if she is away. I can message and usually get a response within a few minutes. This way I know if I'm getting what I asked for, and can make menu adjustments if needed. If there's any issues I get a message from Alice letting me know, and vise versa, I can let her know of any problems, not that there usually is.

I have the absolute pleasure of dealing with Alice at direct seafoods and she is always professional and helpful, the fish is fresh and it gives me confidence in ordering from this supplier.
